BURNS BURGER

Ingredients
○ 1 lb. Alwan ground beef (makes 4 burgers)
○ 1/2 onion
○ 1/2 green pepper
○ 4 slices of bacon
○2 pinches of garlic
○ Provolone cheese
○ 2 pinches of meat tenderizer
○ 1 egg
○ 1/2 (10.5 oz.) can beef broth
○ 3 Tbsp. Dales Steak Seasoning
○4 Wheat Buns
○ Spinach
Directions
1. Chop 1/2 onion and 1/2 green pepper into to small pieces & put into bowl.
2. Take about 4 slices of bacon & trim off the fat & put the meat into a bowl. Take 2 pinches
of garlic & sprinkle over the meat.
3. 2 pinches of meat tenderizer in a seperate cup whip 1 egg & add pepper then dump into
bowl with meat.
4. Add 3 tbsp. of Dales Steak Seasoning to the bowl. Mix everything & seperate into 4
burgers. Take provolone cheese squares & fold into a 1/4 layered square.
5. Press the burger center down & put the square of cheese in the center & fold the rest of
the meat back around it.
6. Cook until the cheese in the middle is completely melted & to your preferred liking.
7. Take a whole wheat bun & place spinach leaves on it & add burger.
