flowers created a romantic backdrop for bold pops of navy and gold. —MO
The bridesmaid rounded bouquets of Vendela roses, creamy blush roses, spray
roses and white ranunculus contrasted perfectly against their deep blue gowns.
“I collaborated with the stationer to draft and design the custom invitation suite,
which was letterpressed in navy ink and gold foil,” Kate says. Navy and gold
were then incorporated into most of the other paper elements as well, from the
programs and menus to escort cards and coasters. “It was a labor of love!”

Passed hors d’oeuvres at the cocktail hour included mini-lobster-rolls
to incorporate Kate’s family’s love for the Hamptons, and mini-tacos,
inspired by the couple’s favorite taco stand in Austin: Torchy’s Tacos.
