She is Country Music’s RENEGADE!
Jayne Denham has built a reputation as being a dynamic high energy
Country/Rock performer in Australia. With her rebellious charm and
rampaging energy Jayne writes, records and performs anthems with a unique
ability to tell a story that reels you in.
With three #1 smash hits in Australia, her album ‘Renegade’ shook the
foundations of the Australian Country Music market, with its self-proclaimed
style of “Renegade Country”. Jayne’s career has also landed her 6 Top
10 songs in the National Country Charts, 12 video’s reaching the Top 30
including ‘Shake this Town’ which soared to #4, as well as 6 Country Music
Channel(CMC) and 2 CMAA Golden Guitar Award Nominations.
Building upon a strong and loyal fan base as an independent artist, Jayne
signed with ABC /Universal Music. To capture the excitement and electricity of
her live performances in the studio, Jayne worked closely with multi awardwinning producer Garth Porter (Lee Kernaghan, James Blundell, Sara Storer)
What resulted was the creation of country tracks with a razor sharp rock edge
like her ‘#1 Australian Country Single, ‘Addicted to the Diesel’, ‘Renegade’ and
‘Jam the Jam’ along with rural anthems ‘Cowgirls MIA’, ‘Grew up Round Trucks’,
‘This Is Rodeo’ and ‘Outlaw’ - a song that tells the story of two famous female
bushrangers.
Jayne has entertained the VIP crowd at Keith Urban’s Sydney shows and has
been a featured performer at all major Australian Country Music festivals
including CMC Rocks, Deni Ute Muster, Gympie Music Muster, Tamworth
Country Music Festival, PBR Rodeos, Ute Musters, B&S Balls and truck shows.
Jayne released two independent albums ‘Sudden Change in Weather’(2008)
and ‘Shake This Town’ (2010). The single ‘Chick Ute’ from the debut album
‘Sudden Change in Weather’ charted at #2 in Europe and Norway, #4 in Italy,
#5 in the Netherlands and Denmark and #12 on the European Country Music
Association Chart. Soon after the release of ‘Sudden Change in Weather’,
Jayne Denham won the Australian Independent Country Music Award for Best
Rising Star.

Jayne’s connection to the Trucking Industry has enabled her to perform to
people across all of Australia and fly the flag for her raw, wild and loud brand
of Renegade Country! Her passion for this industry has led to Jayne being
sponsored by Wickham Freight Lines and more recently Scuzztrans Transport.
Both transport businesses are proud to have Jayne as an ambassador for their
industry.
Jayne is an artist with a passion for the people, the land, the wheels of industry
and those that keep them turning. Her unique storytelling combined with her
dynamic live performances make this country renegade a stand out amongst
the country scene.
Currently available on digital platforms is the new EP “Renegade II : Rocking
with Ned” through ABC/Universal Music. The first single, “Grew Up Around
Trucks“ reached No 8 on CMC and No 6 on the Australian Country Music Radio
Charts. This is the next chapter in Jayne’s music career and contains additional
material not released on her previous albums.

Jayne Denham and Scuzztrans team up to get the show on the road
Country music star Jayne Denham is proud to announce her partnership with renowned
transport company Scuzztrans. The Queensland based business who specialise in transporting
shipping containers are also well known for their award winning flagship Western Star truck
‘NED’. This head turner is a symptom of Scuzzy’s passion for trucks and his transport business. It’s
this combined passion which brought Jayne and the Scuzztrans team together.
“I was thinking about doing a new truckin’ song release when (Scuzzy) Andrew McSweeney
and his wife Helen came to me with an offer to partner together and sponsor me so I could get
the wheels back on the road after taking time out”, says Jayne.
Without giving too much away till all is launched shortly, there will be new songs, a hot new
video clip featuring the “NED KELLY” truck, plus lots more exciting announcements to come just
around the corner.
With a motto like ‘You care so we care’, Scuzztrans owners Helen and Andrew (Skuzzy)
McSweeny were looking to make an impact in the transport industry and Jayne was the
perfect match for their campaign, “The Scuzztrans team feel very proud and honoured to be
