El Dorado® - Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt DESCRIPTION: El Dorado®- smoked sea salt is naturally cold smoked with mesquite wood. INGREDIENTS: Smoked sea salt APPEARANCE: Color varies from light to medium brown granular crystals. APPLICATIONS: This salt is intended for culinary use including cooking, baking, direct application, and food manufacturing. QUALITY SYSTEMS: SaltWorks® is SQF Level 2 Certified, conforms to HACCP and GMP standards, OU Kosher Pareve Certified and compliant to Codex Standards for Food Grade Salt. ALLERGENS: SaltWorks is an allergen free facility.
