WEEK 2 - Extra Income, Secondary Income, Pension Top Up, Pay
BULLETIN
15.01.10 Issue 02
China's in your hand
Snow was falling once more and the temperature was below freezing (and that’s the polite phrase for what it was), so it was only fitting that we
opened Saturday’s Showcase with a piece of red hot news. Destination X is the vibrant, unique, opulent city of Hong Kong!
Plus, for the first time ever, this long-haul destination is open to EVERYONE in the entire Network. The minimum qualification is at Gold and there
are cash bonuses available for new Golds who maintain their position.
The NIA heated up as Distributors heard that they could be staying in this magnificent, sub-tropical city in just ten months time.
What an opening. What a destination. What a business!
www.hongkong2010.co.uk
“What a cracking day of information,
motivation, and the usual Kleeneze surprises
thrown in for good measure. What other
company could replace one Dragon with
another in under 2 hours?! The news of
Hong Kong destination and the qualifying
criteria has just made us all the more focused
and determined to stick to our plan and
make our goals and dreams a reality.”
Stuart Harper, Silver Distributor
560-068-02
“The review of 2009 made us realise just how
much has happened in such a short time!
Now, with the new Distributor incentives,
there is bound to be improved retention – a
great bonus for team building. And what a
fantastic change in the qualification criteria
–making it realistically available to all of the
Network no matter what level.”
Stuart and Johanna Peuleve,
Senior Distributors
“Hong Kong, a new recruitment advert, 2
million in future advertising and fantastic
speakers including an excellent last minute
replacement for Duncan Banantyne - what
more could you ask from a Showcase?! Oh
yes, going across the stage for Gold
recognition - awesome!”
Dianne and Stephen Park,
Gold Distributors
THERE’S NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME
TO START WITH KLEENEZE
It was an amazing start to the Showcase with the reveal of Destination X - Hong Kong, but we want all our beginnings
to be amazing so we’re going all out to support your new starters this year.
“One of the major goals I have in place for Kleeneze is to grow our numbers by 5,000 distributors during 2010. This is a
massive target I know, but why not?
There are more people than ever before looking for work and unemployment is forecast to rise still further. At this time of
year many think about finally clearing their credit card bills or for some it might be some extra money to afford a little
luxury in life. Whatever it is, we have the Kleeneze solution.
2010 will be a year that changes people lives for good and for bad, let’s help as many people as we can change their
lives for the better. There’s an election coming up this year and no doubt there will be some major changes to tax and
earnings that we can’t even imagine yet.
2010 is set to be the year that the recession impacts people’s lifestyles. And Kleeneze is set to shout to the world that we are ready to help
everyone change their lives for good.”
Jamie Stewart, Managing Director
So, it’s the year in which you will build and strengthen your business and we’ll be right behind you to offer
you all the support you need. First up, on Saturday, was the launch of the brand new Starter Kits to help all
your new recruits.
The new look Starter Kit is better than ever before. Style-wise, it’s been updated with a fresh new look to
reflect the life changing opportunity that Kleeneze can offer. Gone is the old blue business manual, now you
will find four A5 booklets inside that will guide you through the business - in layman’s terms! The booklets
include a Quick Start Guide, Retailing, Building Your Kleeneze Business and Operations and Procedures. We’re
also going to help your new starters build their team up straight away too with 5 copies of the new-look
combined Opportunity DVDs & Opportunity Brochures, plus everything you usually get in a Starter Kit too.
NEW STARTER INCENTIVES
The new Kits are just the tip of the iceberg for what we have lined up
for our new starters in the New Year, because on Saturday we also
announced that we’re revamping the new starter incentives.
New starters now have 21 days from registration to hit 300 bonus
points (in as many orders as it takes) to receive a free Retail Kit.

“We love the new
catalogues! They arrived on
Christmas Eve, so on Boxing
Day we made them up and
got them ready to drop the
following day. We dropped
110 catalogues to some of
our customer base and just
couldn’t believe the results
when we went to pick
them up.
We got 36 orders and the total value came to £573.50. In that pickup we had our highest order to date - £173.25 from one order!
It really is true, you do get massive orders between Christmas and the
New Year and the new catalogues work like magic! They look great
and the new products are fantastic. Our catalogues are money making
machines. We just love this business - Happy New Year to everyone”

‘AD TO YOUR RECRUITMENT SUCCESS IN 2010
With a goal to grow Distributor numbers by distributors during 2010 some would say we would have our work cut out for us. However,
Kleeneze has a secret weapon – another brand new advertising campaign!
“In September I revealed our first ever TV advert and I said that we expect to see three benefits from the TV exposure,” said MD Jamie Stewart at
Saturday’s Showcase.
“One – your sales will increase as more people open the packs and order from you. Two – more people will request a copy of the catalogues.
Three – sponsoring will increase as people’s awareness of a brand seen on TV will change their perception of the business.
This 4-week campaign was a trial to see what you and TV advertising combined can do together. If we saw growth, we’d give serious thought to
bigger investment very soon. Well we tripled catalogue requests over the 4 week period and had responses from distributors of amazing order
values. And then - with sponsoring, during the 12 week period from September to end of November - we saw a steep change in distributor
number growth.
So, to support your team building through 2010 we are investing heavily in TV advertising and branding, and over the next 12 months we have
over £2million pounds worth of TV advertising planned, we will help you take this life changing opportunity to more people than ever before.”
The new TV ad, featuring distributorships Chrissy Sykes,
Helen Kolbusz and Phil Lowe and Mark and Alison Bird, is a
tool for you to generate your own leads and bring more
people into your team than ever before! Plus, in conjunction
with the advert, we’re also testing a new medium of
advertising with our first ever radio advert on Real Radio!
First airing on Monday 18 January, the advert is now
available as a link for you to email to all your friends and
family at http://www.kleeneze.co.uk/tv
Here’s a little taster of when you can see Kleeneze on TV!

SCORCHING TRAINING
Hong Kong is on everyone’s agenda for this year, so it was up to our
Network stars to take the stage to help others qualify for this
amazing incentive and complete all their goals for 2010. And what a
job they did.
Geoff Webb
It was to be the first time our Silver Senior
Executive Distributor, Geoff Webb, took to the
stage as later in the day he went on to snap
up the SED Challenge Cup! Opening the
training, he took us through the baby steps it
takes to qualify for Destination X and
combining it with how to maximise the new
TV advert, it seems as though really anyone
can do it!
Debra Pusey
2009 was a fantastic year for our Bronze
Executive Distributor, Debra Pusey. Soaring up
the Sales Plan, she qualified for Cyprus in the
process, and then continued to move onwards
and upwards. Her secret to success? Ensure
your team has a good structure. Her training
took the scary out of
sponsoring and had
us chomping at the
bit to get out there
and build a team!
Dave Birtwistle
If you’ve set a goal for 2010 and are now
wondering how to achieve it looking toward
Silver Executive Distributor, Dave Birtwistle
wouldn’t be a bad idea. Dave took his business to the heights last year,
qualifying for everything in his path! He too has a secret to success,
though, and that is focus. “Opportunities are there to be taken,” he
said. “In 2010, grab every opportunity you can and run with it.”
Sharon Allsop
The same week that Gold Distributor Sharon
Allsop qualified for Cyprus, she also had her
final accountancy exams and her wedding! So
if she had wanted an excuse not to put the
work in and qualify for our Autumn
Destination, she certainly had a few to choose
from. However, wanting to use the
qualification as a stepping stone onto bigger
and better things, she flung herself into
activity. “You must create good habits with
your activity every day,” she said. “That way even on a bad day I am
still taking responsibility for my actions and my future.”
Bob Webb
The master of dreaming big dreams and
going on to actually achieve them closed the
day in his usual inimitable style. Silver Principal
Executive Distributor, Bob Webb. Talking us
through his life – from very humble
beginnings to everything he could wish for –
our top Distributor proved to us if you’re
going to dream, you might as well dream big.
An amazing example of how anyone in this
business can achieve everything they want
and more.
KEEP CHECKING THE DSA FOR ALL THE TRAININGS FROM SATURDAY’S NEW YEAR SHOWCASE
THERE’S SOMETHING IN THE EIRE

Peter and Jackie White and testimonials from Laura
Cleland and Ninan Puliyayil Kuriakose.
Plus there’s more of the latest corporate news from
Jamie Stewart and Michael Khatkar, more money saving
offers and a fantastic €75 cash back offer for new starters.

IF HE CAAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU!
Ok, so we’d managed
to overcome the snow
to get to the NIA. Phew.
Challenge over, right?
WRONG. On the day, it
emerged that our guest
speaker – someone
we’d been chomping at
the bit to see – had
cancelled due to a
sore throat.
So, while Duncan
Bannatyne was tucked
up in bed supping
Lemsip, the Conference
Organisers were
frantically phoning
around trying to get
someone equally
amazing to give our
Distributors some spot
on training. Challenge
overcome, as the equally
successful Dragons’ Den
panel member – James
Caan – hot-footed it up
from London to speak to the New Year Showcase audience.
And what a talk it was! His life story is actually not too dissimilar to
those starting up with Kleeneze! For instance, does any of this ring
any bells?
When James decided he didn’t want to work in his father’s family
business making garments, his family were against him leaving and
setting out on his own with just £30 in his pocket.
He left school at the age of 16, with no qualifications, but a need to
prove himself to the family who didn’t believe he could make it.
An interest in commission-based jobs led him to start working for a
recruitment agency and he worked hard to pay the rent.
By the age of 19 he was working in financial services. His gift-of-thegab meant he loved engaging with the candidates. When a woman
called Aisha, his future wife, turned down a job working there as she
wanted to open her own boutique he offered to invest in her business.
He had no savings, just a dogged determination to raise the £30,000
needed. And he did.
A few years on and the boutiques were making around £12,000 a
month, but James still wanted to set up a business of his own. So he
decided to open his own recruitment business. He wanted to give
people a Rolls Royce service, something that others did not. He looked
for an office in Mayfair and, although he could only afford a broom
closet of a place, he had a grand address. Alexander Mann was born.
In 2002, Alexander Mann had a turnover of £130 million and Caan
sold it to a private equity firm.
Since then, Caan has gone on to co-found an executive headhunting
firm with partner Doug Bougie, which they successfully expanded
globally through its Humana International brand, growing to over 147
offices across 30 countries before it was bought by a New York-listed
company. He also has set up the James Caan Foundation to help
children in both the western and developing world, as well as setting
up many schools in his native Lahore in Pakistan. And, of course, the
reason he shot to fame – the successful entrepreneur also earned
himself a place on Dragons’ Den.
From £30 to multi-millionaire and all he accredits this to is belief,
confidence and determination. If he can do it – what’s stopping you?!
THE WONDER OF YOU…
Congratulations to our Head of Network Development, Michael
Khatkar, for ten year’s ‘service’ to the company. Honored with a cake
on stage – we later had him ‘arrested’ at the Gala Dinner for a laugh!
Don’t worry, though, it was only by our amazing entertainment act,
Opera on the Run, and Michael is happily back at his desk now and not
rattling around in a cell in Birmingham…
“It was fantastic to see the company recognise ‘Mr Kleeneze’ himself
for 10 years service to the company. Michael Khatkar is a great
ambassador for us, and the company name, and is always on hand to
help us when he can. Although, perhaps ‘middle age’ may be getting
the better of him, if he can’t even blow out a few candles now?!”
Andy Ridley, Bronze Executive Distributor
“Who needs Duncan Bannatyne when we’ve got our very own
Michael Khatkar?!”

YOUR SHOWCASE STORIES...
“We would like to say a massive ‘thank you’
to the company for providing us with the
technology to watch the Showcase from
home. We were unable to get to Birmingham
from the North East of Scotland and were
very disappointed until we received the email
informing us of this opportunity. I would not
willingly swap attending the Showcase for the
video link, as you miss out on the atmosphere
and buzz, but it was a fantastic alternative
to receiving the information and training,
first hand.”
Sharon and Craig Davis,
Bronze Executive Distributors
“It was a brilliant show, as always and it was
great to see our upline Mike and Dawn
Gough getting their recognition for achieving
10 active wide distributors. Plus the
announcement of Destination X – Hong Kong
- wow! The speakers were very inspiring and
we loved James Caan.”
Paul and Heidi Davis,
Silver Distributors
“Thanks for another awesome, inspirational
and motivational Showcase and Gala Dinner.
How do you manage to keep making them
better and better? And an excellent choice of
Gavin and Bonnie as Distributors of the Year their support and dedication to the business is
second to none.”
Toby Acton and Donna Gold,
Bronze Senior Executive Distributors
“A sensational
Showcase, full
of top training
and success
stories to
inspire us all
into action
and all
followed by a
great Gala
Dinner with
superb entertainment and dancing into the
early hours. Watching Michael Khatkar’s face
when he got arrested for crimes against (tie)
fashion was a treat! What a day – and it just
goes to show that nothing can stop a
Kleeneze distributor who’s focussed on their
goal – not even snow and ice – you just have
to dress appropriately – and wellies are a
great solution to a snow-gala travel
dilemma!”
Doug and Sandra Roper,
Bronze Executive Distributors
“Thank you for yet another spectacular
Showcase. Despite the appalling weather you
came through with more training and
inspiration than ever before! Duncan
Bannatyne might have let us down, but you
certainly didn’t and James Caan was a
great replacement.
Once again you’ve left me all fired up for
another brilliant Kleeneze year and Hong
Kong is firmly in my sight!”
Carol Hone, Silver Distributor
“Congratulations for the brilliant, amazing
Showcase on Saturday. We were one of those
who didn’t manage to get there but we
watched it at home - how did you guys
do that?
We have to tell you that we have picked up
over £1500 worth of orders since the new
catalogues came out. We did out first drop
with the new ones between Christmas and
the New Year and got £600 from that round
alone. Here’s the best bit, we’ve picked up
another £900 in the last 2 days - £500 of that
today from just 120 catalogues. People are
loving it.”
online. Absolutely fantastic presentations from
everyone and it was great to see James Caan,
as well as Nigel Smith. Then to go on to see
Gavin and Bonnie being awarded Distributor
of the Year was excellent.
I may have not had the same atmosphere at
home as at the NIA, but the presentation
and excitement transferred to all of us
watching online.”
Paul Himsworth,
Silver Distributor
“This is the second Showcase my husband
and I have attended since joining Kleeneze
and what a day we had! Due to the weather
conditions down in Essex, we did not make
up our minds to travel until Thursday at 5pm,
but thanks to our Uplines, who we travelled
with, we were glad we did. As well as the
Showcase, the Gala Dinner was quite terrific
and we would like to thank Kleeneze for
organising such a brilliant event.”
Genna and Ron Webber,
Silver Distributors
What a fantastic Showcase! Due to illness we
were unable to attend, but whoever thought
up the idea to broadcast the event live so
enabling us to watch it online was brilliant.
Although it was not the same as being there
you felt you were there.”
Janet and Colin Watts,
Silver Distributors
“It has to be said that James Caan was a hero
for stepping in at the last minute to cover for
Duncan Bannatyne. He makes all that money
but he still gave up a Saturday to speak at the
UK’s top Network Marketing company –
Kleeneze. A true Dragon’s spirit.”
“Wow, what a brilliant Showcase. The Dragon
was no substitute, he was the real thing! A
big thank you for all the hard work to get this
Showcase out to those distributors including
ourselves who are snowed in. I’ve sat
mesmerised in my office this morning and
look forward to the afternoon session. Even
more so I’m looking forward to making
phone calls to prospects later today while I
still have the excitement in my voice.”

The best of 2009
The Noughties have come to an end and the Showcase opened by looking back over the very last year of the decade; from the very
beginning of 2009 with the amazing launch of Cape Town to the very end of the year with its advertising success.
However, there’s really only one thing that can determine the success of Kleeneze and that’s you in the Network. Yes, you. So, on
January 9 2010, we recognised the Network leaders who really excelled last year in our prestigious awards ceremony.

The SED Challenge Cup – awarded for
outstanding executive group sales
The Executive Challenge Cup – awarded for
outstanding executive group sales
This couple don’t seem in any danger of slowing
down. Last year, along with their team, they nabbed
three of our trophies as well as qualifying for
Destinations galore. Now they’re back to take the title
of SED Challenge Cup winners for a second year in a
row – it’s Silver Senior Executive Distributors, Geoff
and Fiona Webb.
What a year 2009 was for this Distributorship. They
showed a massive 58.5% year-on-year growth in
their business, snapped up the double qualifying for
Cyprus and Cape Town, progressed to Gold
Executive Distributor status and bagged themselves
a rather nice Mini Cooper in the process. We can’t
think of anyone more deserving to be our Executive
Challenge Cup winners than Alf and Carol Bell.
ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 02 15.01.10
Distributor of the Year 2009
The shiniest of shiny trophies, being named the
Distributor of the Year is the pinnacle of success when
it comes to our awards. The coveted title for 2009 was
awarded to a Distributorship that soared not one, not
two, but FOUR levels up the Sales Plan to Silver
Premier Executive, earning themselves a rather cool
£43,000 cheque for Period 12. It is, of course, the
highly deserving Gavin Scott and Bonnie Arapes.

THERE’S SNOW BUSINESS LIKE KLEENEZE
Distributors? We think you should be renamed ‘Troopers’. Thousands of
you braved the icy roads and snow to join us on Saturday for our
explosive launch into 2010. Unfortunately, overly treacherous
conditions in some parts of the country meant that some physically
couldn’t attend the Showcase, no matter how desperate they were to
be there.
However, here at Kleeneze, we like to embrace the challenges and so,
for the first time ever, the Showcase went world wide as we broadcast
live on the Internet
occasion, but watched the whole thing live on the Internet in our own
home. What a brilliant idea.
We were glued to the screen the whole time. It was without a doubt
the best Showcase to date. The speakers were all inspirational and truly
motivational; the amount of prizes awarded was absolutely mindblowing. Plus the cookery session was very enlightening and
entertaining.
Congratulations to Bob Webb on his excellent talk and also to Gavin
and Bonnie on becoming Distributors of the Year once again.
“Friday 8 January, 4.30pm, and the panic sets in as the car windscreen
split into several long cracks! Next slot for a new one? Monday. First
Showcase we’ve missed in years and we were totally gutted.
We were delighted to see that Destination X has now been confirmed
as Hong Kong. We attended the last Kleeneze Conference there back in
the early 90s and it was a brilliant experience - not to be missed.
Woke up grumpy on Saturday morning, but at 10.30am the Blackberry
buzzes with an email from Kleeneze. “Showcase streaming live on the
Internet.” Fantastic! It was home Showcase Sizzle time!
We both feel that our batteries have now been re-charged and look
forward to going onwards and upwards this year.
Congratulations on a great idea for anyone who couldn’t attend for
unforeseen or personal reasons and would otherwise be there. We
think this will also encourage others to get there and soak up the
amazing atmosphere.
Barbara and Alan Peachey, Bronze Senior Executive Distributors
“I was really disappointed when I had to cancel Birmingham due to
snow, but I would just like to say how delighted I am that I can watch
online! It’s almost like being there.
Thanks again for starting our New Year on a massive high.
Thank you for offering this as an alternative – I really appreaciated it.”
Andy and Jane Martin, Silver Distributors
Susan Walton, Gold Distributor up in the frozen north
east of Scotland!
“Unfortunately we were unable to attend the Showcase on this
A brrrrr-illiant week for Kleeneze and Parcelforce
The snow offered up some interesting challenges to both the Network and our
supplier Parcelforce. It seems that nothing’s going to stop you though and, even
better, you’re having a great time too!
“It took us 3 hours on Thursday to dig our car out onto the drive and a further
hour on Friday, with the help of our neighbours, to clear the close so we could get
to the Showcase. We were packed with our survival kit and set off early Saturday
morning to pick up a team member, James Martin, who had cycled 3 miles to
meet us.
The Showcase was great and the boost everyone needed from the challenges of
the last few weeks. However, when we arrived home we had another fantastic
surprise. Our Kleeneze order had arrived in perfect condition (most of our post has
been arriving through the letter box soaking wet!). It is packed and we are clearing
the snow from yesterday to get out and deliver the goods before the forecast of
20cms arrives this evening.
Well done for a great Showcase and pass our thanks onto Parcelforce for a job
well done!”
Diane and Bob Goulding, Bronze Executive Distributors
“I would just like to say a massive thank you to all at Kleeneze. Parcelforce came
today with the second part of my order…on a Sunday! Wow!”
Belinda Clarke, Silver Executive Distributor
“According to the news this country has come to a standstill and snow has reached
the top of the Old Trafford stands.
Nonetheless, my Kleeneze order that I put in on Tuesday, arrived on time. Well
done and a big thank you to the Kleeneze and Parcelforce staff who braved it into
work and got my order to me. This has enabled me to do my bit and deliver the
goods to our customers on the day I told them Iwould.”
Mike Bradley, Silver Distributor
“Can you please pass on our deepest thanks to the staff at the Service Centre and
the wonderful guys at Parcelforce. Despite messages of delayed deliveries in these
dreadful weather conditions, the orders we placed on Monday and Tuesday this
week have arrived today, Thursday, before 10am!”
Sheelagh and Paul Humphries, Gold Distributors
Just wanted to send you a picture of our newest team
member, Camilla. We thought you should see this as we
have never seen such commitment and dogged
determination from anyone. She turned up this morning
ready to go and deliver whatever the weather threw at her!”
Mark and Alison Bird, Silver Distributors
“Just so you know, a little bit of
snow isn’t going to put me off retailing! Bring it on!”
Dave Reeve and Steph Bond, Silver Distributors
“We had to hunt a bit to
find banks open to pay
into our account!
However, a bit of snow
doesn’t stop us and our
customers are getting used to us collecting books
on the right day what ever the weather! After all 3
inches isn’t worth getting excited about!”
Gill and Jon Barry, Silver Distributors
“I heard that we were in for snow in our area this
weekend so I thought I’d just drop a few catalogues
near my house to customers only. The results speak for
themselves; I put out 28 books and on foot in heavy
snow I collected back in 25 including knocking on the
doors for them, I collected £102. Just over
£4 per catalogue.”
Nick Sassanelli, Silver Distributor
“Last year, I was sitting in a stuffy office with no
window, just yearning to get out into the snow and
have some fun! Well, nothing stops us retailing now! I
collected catalogues in the snow using my son’s sledge and it was such fun, I had
to stop myself jumping in the snow and doing snow angels! It was such fun whilst
earning our extra cash for Christmas!”
Nicola Mitchell, Silver Distributor
