Reservations
To ensure there is space on board, vehicle drivers, foot passengers
and groups of 15 or more passengers are strongly advised to reserve
their crossing.
Reservations have to be made up to 90 days in advance and until
no later than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled departure. All
reservations must be confirmed by a Visa, Mastercard or American
Express credit card. A deposit will be charged to your card to
guarantee space for your vehicle on the ferry. The remainder of the
fare is payable at the ticket office on board the ferry.
Written authorization must be obtained for any non-standard vehicle
at the time of reservation.
All personal and commercial vehicles must be driven aboard by the
driver only, who remains fully responsible for the vehicle during the
crossing. Drivers must travel on the same sailing and drive the same
vehicle ashore at the destination.
Reservations cannot be transferred from one vehicle to another.
If a sailing is cancelled, reservations for that sailing are automatically
cancelled and deposits are refunded.
