This is the only space that we found in the area that would allow an immediate very short-term lease. Our insurance company is covering the cost of the lease for 10 weeks which should be just about enough time to get us back into our space. The lease was been reviewed and approved by Tew Cardenas. I would like to sign the lease today or tomorrow morning at the latest so that we can get into the space by Friday. This will allow us to get back to business, including having small conference rooms to meet with providers and other community partners. The space is leased fully furnished. We will not need to move any of our furniture and will still have access to our copy machines, other equipment and documents. 1 16 Lease highlights: $7,200 per month, inclusive of telephone and internet Space is furnished Eight offices total Some offices will house up to five staff The landlord will extend month-to-month as needed with 30 days notice All ELC staff will remain in close proximity I would like your approval before I sign the lease. Please let me know if you approve and if have any questions. This was the best option after considering the offsite options and insurance was willing to afford this for us. 3
