Utila
Divers aboard the 14-passenger Utila
Aggressor will explore the sheer walls
La Ceiba
and wrecks surrounding Utila as well as
Honduras
offshore sea mounts. These pristine sea
mounts, or banks, are a Caribbean frontier
Flights are available to Utila from La Ceiba,
that has yet to be explored by divers. Utila is world-famous for whale sharks and
San Pedro Sula and Roatan.
Aggressor guests may have the opportunity to swim with these migrating giants.
If you arrive in Utila on the day of your charter, Saturday, you will be met at the Utila airport by a uniformed crew member and
transferred to the Aggressor, which docks at its own pier at Utila Watersports. If you are already on the island, please make your way to
the Utila Aggressor anytime after 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. Diving begins bright and early Sunday morning and continues through
noon Friday. The Utila Aggressor returns to Utila Watersports Friday afternoon. Dinner is not served on board Friday night. This is the
only meal not included during the charter. Checkout is between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning. The crew will transfer you to the
airport for your Saturday departure. If you are extending your stay, arrangements can be made for transportation to your local hotel;
additional charges may apply.
A Few Facts:
• Continental, American and Taca have scheduled flights into
San Pedro Sula and Roatan. Sosa and Atlantic Airlines offer
flights into La Ceiba and Utila.
• Utila’s warm waters have great visibility and little current
making the diving conditions suitable for divers of all skill levels.

What is a Sea Mount?
Sea Mounts are offshore submerged mountains, that
create the perfect gathering spot for pelagics, like
jacks, turtles, eagle rays and even whale sharks. Some
sea mounts nearly break the surface while others are
deeply submerged. Honduras’ famous Cocos Sea
Mounts actually has two close peaks with a channel
between them. The Cocos mounts are covered with
prolific corals. Mariners may also refer to sea mounts
as “banks.”
• Visitors must have a current passport valid for more than
six months. Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid Visa for
traversing the United States via Miami, New Orleans or Houston.
• All visitors must pay a $25.00 USD Airport Departure Tax,
$2.00 USD Agriculture Tax and a $3.00 USD Immigration Tax.
• Utila Aggressor guests are required to pay a $95.00 USD Port Fee
that covers the cruising tax and marine park fees. Also, there is
a 12% tax on onboard purchases.
