presenting the 5th Annual CAM Car
Cruise and Show this summer.

When: Saturday, August 3, 2013, Cruise begins at 4pm, Car Show 5-8pm
Where: Sac State to Fulton Avenue (5-mile cruise)
Who: Last year, we had nearly 300 cars participating in the Cruise and approximately
7,000 spectators along the Cruise route and at the car show on Fulton Avenue following
the Cruise, including well known Sacramento Food Trucks.
We believe your business could be very suited to our event and the audience we bring in
and that sponsorship or vendor opportunities at this event afford your business the
chance to showcase your offerings to thousands of car enthusiasts and the public at large
at a nominal cost.
• Sponsorship levels from $500-$5000
• Vendor booths for $75
• Advertising in our Cruise program from $65 (business card ad) to $250 (full page)
This year, we are partnering with the Sacramento Swap Meet (August 4) to offer vendors
a VIP package for those participating in both events.

What is the CAM Car Cruise and Show?
On Saturday, August 3rd, get ready for Sacramento to
come alive with the sights and sounds of hundreds of
Kind, Low-rider to Hot Rod, all eras and manufacturers as they cruise to celebrate the 5th Annual CAM
Car Cruise.
It is a fun-filled day for the whole family and specSacramento from Sacramento State up to Fulton
Avenue, where the day will conclude with a huge car
show and street fair on Fulton between El Camino
All cars, trucks, motorcycles, and vintage trailors of interest are welcome.

The Museum is a non-profit 501-c3 organithe automobile and its influence on our
than 150 cars gives visitors the chance to

The California Automobile Museum has over 120 docents who are our most dedicated volunteers and offer free tours daily. An event such as the CAM Car Cruise is just one of many ways to
enhance a love for cars and history in Sacramento.

Media Sponsor
As a Media Sponsor, your in-kind donation of advertising for the Car Cruise will entitle you to the corresponding
sponsorship levels above, depending on the value of the advertising package, with preference going to monetary
sponsors.
Merchandise and In-Kind Sponsors
 Contribute freebies to participant and spectator packages
 In-Kind contributions such as A/V Equipment use, Printing Services, etc.
Event Program Advertisements
You can purchase an ad in the event program a la carte, without committing to a sponsorship. All ads will be black and
white and artwork is due by 7/23/12. Submit print-ready high resolution ads to: [email protected]. Ads are
available in the following sizes:
 Business Card Ad (3.5 in. x 2 in.) - $65
 Quarter Page Ad (2.75 in x 4.25 in.) - $85
 Half Page Ad (2.75 in x 8.5 in or 4.25 in x 5.5 in.) - $150
