• «Altarea Commerce has been extremely busy.
We just inaugurated our 5th Family Village® in
Nîmes, boasting a 100% take-up rate. The site
is built over nearly 325,000 ft² (30,000 m²).
Customers are already enthusiastic about
the shopping center.
• In addition, the marketing of the flagship
regional shopping center project on
highway A86 in Villeneuve-la-Garenne
(92) is coming to an end, with over 95%
of the space already leased.
Built over a net floor area of 926,000 ft²
(86,000 m²), this unique center stands
out for both its size and the new shopping
experience it will offer customers when
it opens in early 2014.
ltarea Cogedim is therefore thinking
A
big and continuing to make great
strides ahead.
• This ambition has only been strengthened
by the Boulevard Macdonald operation
dedicated to creating a 350,000-ft²
(32,500-m²) retail hub in Paris, as well as
by the extension of the Cap3000 regional
shopping center in Saint-Laurent-du-Var.
•L astly, still in the South of France, leasing
continues at Toulon-La Valette, a project
that is taking shape over a net floor
area of 539,000 ft² (50,000 m²) dedicated
to retail and leisure at the heart of one
of the most influential shopping areas
in southern France.

Located 2.5 miles (4 km) from the
French capital, the project will span a

and feature an extensive retail offering
of 170 brands, including a 230,000-ft²

Camaïeu, Optic 2000, Claire’s, Générale
d’Optique, Mango, Zara and more.
Many retailers have already set up shop
to meet the needs of their customers.
Suffice it to say that this center has many
advantages. With 400 meters overlooking the banks of the Seine, it rises 25
meters opposite the A86 highway, where
6,000,000 vehicles pass by each month!
Meet you there in 2014!

Shopping differently is now possible… At the Aubergenville Family Village® near Flins, Altarea
Cogedim and Concepts & Distribution are imagining a brand avenue named for the famous highway:

With an excellent location in the western
Paris Region, on the A13 highway approaching Flins/Aubergenville, Altarea Cogedim
sought out a partner to heighten the appeal
of this site. A done deal once Concepts &
Distribution proposed Marques Avenue, a
retail offering that perfectly complements
Family Village®.
The Number One Marques Avenue center
«We are convinced of the timeliness and relevance of this concept, a response perfectly adapted to the issues facing consumers
and brands,» says Gilles Boissonnet,
Chairman of the Management Board of

Massy Grand-Ouest
a 237,000-ft² (22,000-m²)
retail-leisure project
The consumer experience is indeed pleasant: brands
and customers feel comfortable and at ease. Concepts
& Distribution intends to make Aubergenville its number one center by further expanding its retail offering
while maintaining high profitability for its brands.
A renewed retail offering
To accommodate the Village de Marques brand village, Aubergenville is reinventing itself. The atmosphere will be different from other shopping centers.
Friendliness, pleasure shopping, strolling outside
amidst the fruit trees with beautiful houses and a
dining area: the project certainly does not lack ambition ... or ideas.
Altarea Cogedim is creating the new
Massy Grand-Ouest neighborhood
with the agency of architects
Christian and Elizabeth de Portzamparc.
As part of an exchange platform incorporated into
Greater Paris, Massy Grand-Ouest will benefit from
traffic from the TGV high-speed-train line and the
RER B and C regional rail lines, as well as the forthcoming Grand Paris Express station. More than the
heart of the Atlantis district, this neighborhood will
place Massy at the center of southern Greater Paris.
