Camp Arekuna is located at the confluence of the Antabares and Caroní rivers in the extreme north of the Park. The installations are on a small hill one
hundred meters from the Caroní´s beach. The banks of the Antabares River that flows into the Caroní are covered with forests. This vegetation surrounds
the camp as do the Orinoko savannas, typical of the Macizo Guayanés mountains. The Pemon Indians of the Arekuna tribe live in this region. From the
Arekuna observation points the magnificent view of the Pemon’s sacred mountains called Tepuyes can be taken in. These imposing rock formations are the
oldest in the world, and have obtained their characteristic tabletop shape through millions of years of constant erosion. Due to this the ecosystems found
here are unique and the panoramas exceptional. The camp’s dining room has a spectacular view of the Caroni River. The camp offers 30 ample rooms with

This excursion is combination full of magic. First we fly to Maturín or Tucupita from there we take a bus to the quay where we board a native boat to

The Los Roques archipelago is located in the Caribbean Sea to the north of Caracas and west of Margarita Island. It is made up
of 52 keys and small islands. Abundant tropical fauna including fish, crustaceans and mollusks are found in the surrounding
transparent, multicolored waters. El Gran Roque is permanently inhabited with a population of approximately 1,500
inhabitants. Artisan fishermen during their fishing campaigns only temporarily inhabit the rest of the islands. The inns are
located on El Gran Roque. This is also the starting point for excursions to the islands, diving, fishing, and windsurfing.
The colorful inns, or guesthouses, make Gran Roque a very picturesque spot. Although they are built in the same architectonic
style each has its own distinctive touch in the way it is decorated. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and all have private
bath with shower.
The inns offer different plans for meals and excursions giving the passenger greater freedom to plan his stay at the most

CANAIMA NATIONAL PARK
The Canaima National Park , is located in the south of Venezuela, with a vast territory of jungles and savannas surrounded by
countless rivers which generate imposing watterfalls, from the Tepuyes (impressive rocky mountain formations). The Pemon
Indians live in the plains in small communities dedicated to hunting, fishing, small scale farming, and handicraft making. In this
National Park there are camps from which different excursion programs are offered. They basically consist in navigating the
rivers in typical native canoes and walks through the jungle accompanied by expert guides.

During the rainy season between the months of June and November the excursion to Angel Falls is made from Canaima. After going up the Carrao and
Churún rivers in typical native canoes called curiaras the excursion follows the “Cañon del Diablo” (Devil’s Canyon) until the spectacular Angel Falls are
sighted. During the last part of the trip it is necessary to walk through the jungle to the base of the waterfall. The night is spent in hammocks in a primitive

For a 5 days/ 4 nights plan, departing from Puerto Ordaz to Santa Elena de Üairen, following the route of Gran Sabana, passing by El Callao, The Stone of the
Virgin, we will enjoy the tropical rainforest till we arrive to the Gran Sabana. Overnight the rapids of Kamoiran. During the second day, we will head towards
the native village of Iboribó, located in the Riviera’s of the Aponwao, navigating in Curiars till the Chinak waterfall. That same day, we will head to the
Chivaton Camp, where we will spend the night. On the third day, we will travel to the Kama fall, passing by the Bear Observatory to admire the Tepuy’s;
Then, we head to the Suruape river, where you will enjoy a delicious bath, to then continue to Jaspe ; and spend the night in Santa Elena de Üairén, city of
16.000 inhabitants, located 20 km from the Brazilian border. We will visit Canaima National Park on the fourth day, the Agua Fria cascade, the Roraima
observatories and other Tepuyes. Afterwards, the “Cortinas de Yuruani”, till we arrive to the Pacheco’ pool. Return to Santa Elena and sleep over at the
Yakoo Camp. Finally, after breakfast on the firth day you will held back to the airport. Subject to change.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES: Inversiones Maloka, C.A. registered in the Corporación de Turismo under VT2216, is responsible for
contracts and agreements with clients for the rendering of services under the conditions and up to the amounts accepted by
the respective providers of such services. Likewise the company declines all responsibility for wars, strikes, delays, fires,
accidents and their consequences, epidemics, Government acts, natural disasters, robbery, pillage, vandalism or any cause
outside the company or force majeure.
DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENT: The passenger should possess a valid passport stamped with all the necessary consular
visas. Should any authority deny the passenger entry into a country due to any irregularity off passport, lack of Visa, or any
other cause, Inversiones Maloka, C.A. declines all responsibility and any cost caused will be the passengers own responsibility. It
is the passenger’s responsibility to present his passport at any moment required by the authorities during his or her stay in the
country, especially at airports, including local flights, and the entrance to National Parks. Inversiones Maloka, C.A. cannot be
held responsible for any interruption or alteration in the program.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The acceptance of changes and cancellations depends on the policies of each of the service
providers. Inversiones Maloka, C.A. will process all reimbursements where applicable and when approved by the different
providers. Inversiones Maloka, C.A. will charge 10% of the value of the services if the cancellation is made within 7 days of
commencement of the trip.
CLAIMS: Should any reason for claims arise regarding services contracted by the passenger, Inversiones Maloka, C.A. will verify
them with the provider of the respective service in the shortest possible period of time and request reimbursement, when
applicable. Claims must be made in writing by the agency with sufficient written support from the passenger. No claims will be
accepted unless made within 48 hours of the completion of the trip.
PAYMENTS: Payments for contracted services must be made in advance, unless Inversiones Maloka, C.A. agrees to grant credit
to the client. Payments must be completed at the latest 48 hours before the service is to be rendered and made to the account
specified by Inversiones Maloka, C.A. In the case of payments from abroad these should be made by means of bank transfer.
The client should fax to Inversiones Maloka, C.A a copy of the respective voucher issued by the bank. Inversiones Maloka, C.A.
reserves the right not to provide those services that have not been paid for within the established limits. All payments must be
made out to Inversiones Maloka, C.A. or whomsoever the company should specify. Bank charges for transfers are payable by
the client.
PRICES: All prices are in American dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior warning especially should they be
determined by “Hechos de Principe”. Current legal taxes are included in the prices in this manual and any variation in them
could affect the prices offered.
