Preparation:
All surfaces should be clean and free of oil, gas,paint,grease, etc.,
before applying mix. Dampen the existing
concrete surfaces completely. Remove standing water.
Directions for Mixing:
Pour the necessary amount of PAKMIX® Anchor Cement into a
clean pail or similar easy to use container.
Add clean water at the following rates depending on the application:
E Trowel Consistency: One part water to
4-1/2 parts of mix.
E Pourable Consistency: One part water to
3-1/2 parts of mix.
E Mix only as much as can be used in about
ten (10) minutes.

Floor and Ground
Application:
Use a pouring mix. Place the
bolt or hook into position and
pour around it, filling slightly
above the surface. Brace or hold
in place until the PAKMIX®
Anchor Cement star ts to stiffen.
Wall and Ceiling Application: Use plastic mix and pack into the
hole. Insert rod or bolt and tamp into place. Fill any voids and
smooth surface around hole. Allow cement to set at least one (1)
hour before applying any pressure on the installation.
Leveling Application:
Clean and dampen the base slab. Place machinery (if applicable).
Using the pourable consistency, allow the cement to flow out from
one side. Force out all air pockets to provide a smooth, solid surface.

If PAKMIX® Anchor Cement is to be used outdoors, the surface must be sealed with an exterior paint.
Clean Up:
Cleanup is easy with soap and water. Rinse tools before material
hardens.
Caution:
PAKMIX® Anchor Cement contains Gypsum cement. Avoid contact
with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact with
the eyes, flush thoroughly with water and get prompt medical attention. Do not take internally.

Description:
PAKMIX® Asphalt Crack Filler is a flexible, ready to
use black colored crack filler to repair cracks up to 3/8"
wide in asphalt surfaces. Repairs are fast, easy and selflevelling. Forms a tough, elastic sealer strip.
Suggested Uses:
For fast and easy patching of cracks in:

E Expansion Joints
Preparation:
All surfaces should be clean and free of oil, gas,paint,
grease, etc., before applying material. Remove all loose
particles of dirt and debris from the crack.
Mix the contents of the container by shaking well.Snip
or cut the applicator top to desired size. Simply
squeeze the bottle pushing the material into the crack.
Fill the crack until the Crack Filler levels with existing
surface.

Packaging & Yields:
One gallon (1 gal.) will fill a crack approximately
1/4" wide x 1/4" deep x 150 linear feet long.

ATHLETIC FIELD MARKER
Description:
PAKMIX® BlackTop Patch is a ready-to-use mixture
of asphalt and graded aggregates ideal for the repair of
blacktop surfaces. Pre-blended – no mixing is required
before use.

Cooler climates will require a longer curing time.
Following prolonged storage, PAKMIX®
BlackTop Patch may feel hard in the bag.This is normal
and will not adversely affect the mix. Kneading the
material before opening the bag will loosen the material to a workable consistency. In cool and cold weather,
keep the bags of material in a warm area for at least 24
hours before using.

Description:
PAKMIX® Cement Fortifier is a liquid acrylic polymer
for dramatically improving the flexural, compressive
and impact strength of concrete. PAKMIX Cement
Fortifier increases adhesion of new cements, grouts,
and mortars to older masonry surfaces and reduces
the possibility of cracking and spalling due to premature drying.
Suggested Uses:
E Add integrally to cement mixes or cement coatings.
E Excellent for mixing sand-topping mix to resurface
concrete.
E Use as an admix with thin set.
Preparation:
All surfaces must be structurally sound and free of any
oil, gas, grease, paint, etc., before applying the fresh
cement mix.
Simply add:
E PAKMIX® Cement Fortifier at the rate of one part
Fortifier to three parts clean water.
E For more strength, add more Cement Fortifier in
place of water.
Packaging & Yields:
One gallon (1 gal.) will mix up to approximately 300
pounds of concrete or 250 pounds of mortar or
grout. A higher concentration of PAKMIX Cement
Fortifier will mix less material.

Description:
PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner is an aqueous cleaning system which softens and penetrates all forms of oil and
grease. PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner will remove oil trapped
in porous and non-porous surfaces and will not damage surfaces. PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner is non-caustic, has a neutral pH of 7 and meets USDA-OSHA and all Federal pollution standards.

Application Instructions:
PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner is extremely easy to use. Apply
as instructed for maximum results.
1) Slightly moisten stained area with water DO NOT
SATURATE.
2) Pour Oil-Out liberally on stain.
3) Agitate solution by lightly scrubbing with a steel or stiff
bristle brush.
4) Let solution penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes.
5) Hose off with available water pressure.
6) PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner is designed to be a wicking
agent. If oil reappears on the surface, it is because PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner is drawing the oil from the
pores of the concrete. Simply repeat the steps until the
oil is completely removed.
Tools: No special tools are required for application. PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner may be applied directly to the stain
and must be agitated with a wire or stiff bristle brush.
Removal is accomplished with available water pressure. In large-scale
operations, agitation can be done
with a standard floor buffer and a
pressure washer with a spinner
cover will accomplish removal.

Most applications should yield 100 to 150 square feet per
gallon. A test patch should be done to determine actual
coverage. Depending upon the severity of the stain, this
product may be diluted with water. A test patch should be
done to determine the rate of dilution.The actual coverage
will vary accordingly.Packaged 1 qt. plastic containers.
Safety Precautions:
While PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner is a non-toxic product,
one should avoid prolonged contact with the skin, as this
could cause irritation. Do not ingest, if ingested accidentally,
one or two glasses of water should be given. Do not induce
vomiting. If the product should come in contact with the
eyes, flush with water. A complete MSD sheet is available

Disposal:
While PAKMIX® Concrete Cleaner itself does not pose an
environmental hazard, the product which it removes may.
Disposal should be done in accordance with local regulations.

PAKMIX® Cure & Seal is a water-based compound containing acrylic polymers that offers outstanding curing,sealing,dustproofing, increased abrasion resistance and increased chemical
resistance for freshly finished concrete surfaces. On older concrete surfaces PAKMIX® Cure & Seal will simultaneously seal
and dustproof while extending service life and maximizing
maintenance costs. PAKMIX® Cure & Seal has been formulated
to form a membrane film on the surface of the concrete that
optimizes water retention for maximum concrete hydration
and compressive strength. PAKMIX® Cure & Seal will appear
milky white in container and dries to a clear film.

Limitations:
If surface is to receive subsequent coatings, paints or toppings, it
is necessary to completely remove the curing compound
beforehand. Do not apply when the temperature of the concrete is below 40ºF (4ºC). Do not mix with any other products.
Do not pour unused material back into original container.
Standards:
PAKMIX® Cure & Seal meets or exceeds ASTM C-309 Type 1,
Class B and AASHTO M-148 as tested in accordance with
ASTM C-156 and AASHTO M-155.

Surface Preparation:
PAKMIX® Cure & Seal should be
applied to freshly placed concrete
as soon as the surface water has
dissipated. On exterior vertical
surfaces, PAKMIX® Cure & Seal
should be applied to concrete
immediately upon removal of the
formwork.
Mixing:
For best results, mix thoroughly
before every use. Do not over
agitate or use high speed mixing
equipment.
Application:
Apply with a low pressure sprayer, brush or roller at the rate of
200 ft2/gallon.Spray application is recommended. A hand held
pump sprayer or an airless industrial sprayer is acceptable.
Apply evenly without pudding. Do not interchange use of
sprayer that has been used to spray a solvent based product.
Clean Up:
Clean tools and equipment with warm ,s o a py water. After
material has dried, it may be necessary to use solvents such as
mineral spirits, toluene or xylene.
Packaging:
One gallon (1 gal.) plastic containers.
Storage:
Protect from freezing. Store in a cool, dry area above 45ºF.
Shelf Life:
Approximately one year in un-opened container.
Caution: Avoid contact with skin. Protective clothing is recommended. Contact area should be washed thoroughly with soap

Description:
PAKMIX® Concrete Glue is a liquid bonding adhesive
for improving the bond between new Portland cement
mixes and existing surfaces. Easily applied by brush,
roller or spray.
Clean Up:
Clean up is easy with soap
and water. Rinse
tools before material hardens.
Suggested Uses:
EBond new concrete to old concrete and masonry.
EImprove holding power of new stucco or mortar
to any interior or exterior clean, sound surface.
EBond mortar bed for ceramic tile to old floors and
walls.
Caution:
Contains Ethylene
Glycol and PVA
emulsion. Avoid
contact with skin
and breathing of
vapors.Wear protective clothing,
gloves and eye protection when using
the product. Wash
exposed skin areas
promptly with water. Do not take internally. Contact a
physician if swallowed.
Preparation:
All surfaces must be structurally sound and free of oil,
gas, grease, etc.,before applying PAKMIX® Concrete
Glue. All glossy painted surfaces should be dulled. Paint
should be at least 60 days old, not water-base and firmly applied to substrate. Stir PAKMIX® Concrete Glue
before applying – do not shake. Apply a small test patch
if surface is questionable. Allow it to dry completely,
then check to make sure there is no peeling or curling.

thin. When applying concrete toppings, apply at least

coat is dry.

Preparation:
All surfaces should be clean and free of oil, gas,paint,grease,
etc.,before applying mix. A stone or gravel base is recommended for all work on grade.
Pour PAKMIX® Concrete Mix into a clean wheelbarrow,
mortar box or similar easy-to-use container. Form a crater
with a shovel or hoe in the center of the dry mix. Pour clean
water into the crater at the rate of one quart per 20 lbs. of
PAKMIX® Concrete Mix. If this is too stiff, add more water
one cup at a time. Avoid a soupy mix – over watering will
weaken the strength considerably.

When using PAKMIX®
Concrete Mix for
deep patching, roughen the existing surface.The use of PAKMIX® Cement Fortifier, PAKMIX® Concrete Glue or another
quality bonding agent is recommended.
Allow the new concrete to set firmly, then keep moist for at
least three (3) days by an occasional fine spraying with water.
Covering the surface with plastic film or damp burlap is beneficial.Spraying on Pakmix® Cure & Seal is recommended.

Preparation:

completely when patching. Remove standing water.
Pour the necessary amount of PAKMIX® Fast Setting Concrete

Preparation:
All surfaces should be clean and free of oil,gas, paint,
grease, loose material etc., before applying mix. Smooth
surfaces should be roughened with a wire brush.
Pour the necessary amount of PAKMIX® Sand Mix into a
clean wheelbarrow, mortar box or similar easy-to-use container. Form a crater with a shovel or hoe in the center of
the dry mix. Pour clean water into the crater at the rate of
approximately one (1) quart per 15 lbs. of dry material. If
the mix is too stiff, add water one cup at a time.Too much
water will weaken the mix.

Preparation:
To stop flowing water or seepage , enlarge crack to a width and
depth of at least 3/4".Cut the crack square or to an “inverted V”
with a chisel and hammer.
Clean and dampen the existing concrete surfaces completely.

PAKMIX® Type “S” Masonry Mortar Mix is a contractor
grade mortar mix designed to lay brick,set block, patching,

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use 17-19% water by weight (Approx. 1.2 gal per bag.)
1. Pour clean water in the mixer.
2. While the mixer is on, begin adding bags of Type “S”
Masonry Mortar Mix.
3. If the mixture becomes too thick, add additional clean
water until a smooth plastic-like consistency is obtained.
Excessive water reduces strength.
INSTALLATION:
1. Apply approximately 1/2" to 3/4" thick mortar to a full
bed base.
2. Push block or brick downward into the mortar bed
and sideways against the previously laid block and tap
into place.
3. Tool the joint when the mortar is resistant to
thumbprints.

Directions: PAKMIX® Cement P atch is non-flammable, non-toxic acrylic sealant specially developed for interior and exterior pointing of stone, brick, tile, marble and
concrete. It is excellent for quick,easy repair of cracks in
sidewalks,driveways, retaining walls, chimneys, steps and
swimming pools. If used under water line, patch must be
sealed. PAKMIX® Cement P atch is quick drying and
will not shrink. It forms strong, water-tight joints on any
masonry surface . Cut tip on slant to size surface that has
been cleaned of all loose particles of mortar and paint.
PAKMIX® Cement P atch is for dry surface use only.
Store and apply in above freezing temperatures. CLEANUP: Clean hands and tools with hot soapy water.

Description:
XYPEX HD-150 is a unique concrete waterproofer. XYPEX
HD-150 penetrates into concrete and changes the crystalline
structure inside the pores and capillaries of the concrete.This
makes the concrete permanently waterproof. XYPEX
HD-150 is not a surface sealer or paint and does not
depend upon adhesion to work like most other products.
XYPEX HD-150 can be applied when the concrete is wet
or damp and there are no harmful fumes.

Surface Preparation:
Surface must be bare and porous. If the surface has been
previously sealed or painted, the coating must be removed
prior to applying XYPEX HD-150. Fill large cracks greater
than 1/64 inch with PAKMIX Stop Leak Cement.
Add 2 parts clean water to 5 parts XYPEX HD-150 powder
(by volume). Mix to a slurry consistency (like pancake batter).
Mix only as much as can be applied in 20 minutes.
Application:
Wet the concrete prior to application. Apply XYPEX HD150 evenly using a brush or roller.to a uniform thickness of
1/16 inch. Keep the surface damp for a minimum of 48 hours
after application.
