The person requesting The GlamFam’s services and signing this document is the individual we will contact if needed and
will be the individual responsible for full payments the day of the event. Payment for each person is due before The GlamFam performs the service. This contract is to reserve the date you have chosen for The GlamFam’s services. This is a legal
binding contract and in accordance with the State of Illinois laws. This contract is not legal binding until all parties have
signed. A retainer fee, in check or cash form, of the brides/hosts services is due at the signing of this contract. The retainer
fee is nonrefundable. However, the retainer fee is applied to the brides services when all individuals have paid the balance
due. The number of services stated is the number of required payments the day of the event. Credit card information is required above to ensure payment the day of the event. If any individuals fail to make payment for any or all services or are
not present at the time of services, the credit card on file will be charged the balance due, it is nonrefundable. If there is a
need to cancel any or all services for the event stated above, it must be done four 30 days prior to the event. If cancelation is
done after the 30 day deadline for the event date stated, full payment will be due and charged to the card above. If more individuals are interested in The GlamFam’s services, notification is needed 30 days prior to the event to determine whether
enough time is allotted to perform additional services. Any payment returned, due to insufficient funds, will result in the
credit card above being charged the amount due with an additional $35 fee. The bride is entitled to a one half price trial for
hair and/or makeup upon a booking of the services requested. Trials need to be scheduled one month or more prior to the
event date. Trials are at the discretion of The GlamFam and are unavailable on Sunday’s. Sunday trials, if The GlamFam
states availability, require a full price payment for the service. (This is due to opening the salon when normally closed on
Sunday’s)

FAQ
Q: How long does airbrush makeup last?
A: All Day! No running! No messes! Waterproof! You may even wake up with it on the next
day, if you didn’t wash your face!
Q: What kind of makeup do you use?
A: A variety of brand name professional products. To name a few… Kett, Dinair, MAC, Urban
Decay, LORAC, Mirabella, Smashbox, Morphe, Bare Minerals, Kryolan, Makeup Forever, and
more.
Q: Do you come to us the day of the event?
A: Yes, we take pride in giving our clients the most convenience possible. Some prefer getting
ready at home and others enjoy getting ready in a hotel room or even the event site.
Q: Can you do hair and/or makeup for our engagement photos?
A: Yes! Prices are the same as follows in the contract.
Q: Can you do hair and/or makeup for any photo shoot or boudoir session?
A: Yes! Prices are the same as follows in the contract.
Q: Does my hair need to be clean or dirty for a style?
A: Either way it is up to you. Just be sure it is dry when we arrive.
Q: Can I get a mani/pedi after I spray tan?
A: Yes, the next day after you have showered. Be sure to tell the technician you have a spray
tan on so they do not exfoliate your legs.
Q: How long does spray tan last? Will it turn me orange?
A: Spray tan lasts typlically 7-10 days. The color we use has violet and green hues, there isn’t a
red hue to pull any orange tones. So no it will not turn you orange.
Q: Can I wax?
A: Yes, If you wax be sure to do it at least 5 days prior to your event. This gives your skin a
chance to resurface.
The GlamFam is a St. Louis based on location glam team of Hair Services, Skin Care, Makeup, Spray
Tanning, Lash Extensions, and so much more. We are here to assist you in all your wedding and special event needs. For the past 5 years Mallory, Kasey, and Nicole have worked hand in hand with one
another making magical days happen. In 2014, we made an addition to our team, a fellow stylist we
had worked with on other projects over the years including her own wedding, Heather! Heather has
been a fantastic addition to our team with so much talent.
