Chord Families- easiest keys for ukulele It is useful to know the families that chords come in so you can change key to suit your players' level or their voices. You might also need to change key if you are getting students to pluck the melody, as the lowest note on the ukulele is a C, which is not necessarily going to be the case in any songs you want to learn. These are the chords in the... key of C C F G Am Dm Em Key of G G C D Am Bm7 Em Key of D D G A Bm7 Em F#m Key of A A D E7 Bm7 C#m7 F#m Key of F F Bb C Gm Am Dm A couple of useful chords which don't belong to any happy family B7 Cm Value Plus On special, today only- Four diminished chords for the price of one.
