2007 Magic Your Way Package plus Dining W elcome to the Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining, which includes the Disney Dining Plan and offers an easy and affordable way to choose snacks and meals at over 100 selected restaurants throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including some restaurants that feature Disney Character Dining! From contemporary to casual, elegant to enchanting, you’ll find a great meal that fits your style and schedule. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Dining Plan. Number of Meals During Your Package Stay The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table Service Meal per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. Example – Number of Meals/Snacks for one Guest ages 10 and over and one Guest ages 3-9 staying five nights: Meals Per Person Per Night Guests ages 10 and over: Guests ages 3-9: (must order from the child’s menu where available) Disney Dining plaN Disney Dining Plan meals and snacks may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, sold separately, transferred or refunded. Theme Park admission is required for some dining locations. Advance Reservations may be required at some restaurants included in the Disney Dining Plan. Operating hours, menus, entertainment, Characters, Disney Dining Plan locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. Disney Dining Plan is based on the length of your package stay at your Disney Resort Hotel. The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or any circumstance beyond their control. X Number of Package Stay Nights = Total Number of Meals/Snacks Per Person, Per Stay Quick Service Meals 1 5 5 Snacks 1 5 5 Table Service Meals 1 5 5 Quick Service Meals 1 5 5 Snacks 1 5 5 Table Service Meals 1 5 5 Using Your Meals e Use your meals and snacks in any order throughout your package stay until your total is depleted. e For example, on the day of arrival, a party with 2 Guests ages 10+ and 2 Guests ages 3-9 could use a total of 4 Quick Service meals (2 for Guests ages 10+ and 2 for Guests ages 3-9). On Day 2, the party could use a total of 4 Table Service meals (2 for Guests ages 10+ and 2 for Guests ages 3-9), 4 Quick Service meals (2 for Guests ages 10+ and 2 for Guests ages 3-9) and 2 Snacks (2 for Guests ages 3-9). You can continue using meals/snacks for the rest of your package stay until each person has depleted his/her allotted meals/snacks. Finding Disney Dining Plan Locations e Your Disney Dining Plan is available at over 100 selected Quick Service and Table Service restaurants, including our legendary Disney Character Dining. e You can also find selected Snack locations throughout the Walt Disney World ® Resort. Most Quick Service, cart and merchandise locations selling frozen ice-cream novelties, popcorn or Coca-Cola® products accept your Disney Dining Plan. Redeeming Your Meals e The Disney Dining Plan must be redeemed at the time a meal or snack is purchased. To save time at checkout, present your Key to the World card to your server or cashier prior to ordering and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 3-9 on your Disney Dining Plan. Tell the server or cashier to charge those meals or snacks to your Disney Dining Plan. You may not use your Key to the World card to redeem meals or snacks for Guests who are not on your Disney Dining Plan. Gratuities/service charges for Table Service meals are already included in your Disney Dining Plan. e The following items are not included in the Disney Dining Plan: • Alcoholic beverages and some • Snacks and beverages from bottled drinks recreation rental counters • In-room mini-bars • Glow Cubes • Merchandise and Photo Imaging � • Souvenir or refillable drink mugs e Guests ages 3 to 9 must order from a children’s menu where available. The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu. Tracking Your Meals e Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your package reservation. Each time you redeem meals or snacks from your Disney Dining Plan, your server or cashier will provide you with a receipt showing your remaining balance for that portion of your Disney Dining Plan. e For example, if your party with 2 Guests ages 10+ and 2 Guests ages 3-9 started with a total of 20 Quick Service meals (10 for Guests ages 10+ and 10 for Guests ages 3-9) and everyone in your party used 1 Quick Service meal, your paid receipt from the cashier would indicate a balance of 16 Quick Service meals (8 for Guests ages 10+ and 8 for Guests ages 3-9) for the remainder of your package stay. e Contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meal plan balance. One (1) Table Service meal for each person participating in the Character Dining experience will be redeemed from your meal plan balance, unless otherwise noted. Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available. Reservations are strongly suggested. Please Note: Two ❷ Table Service meals for each person dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table will be redeemed from your meal plan balance. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experiences are not included, except at Cinderella’s Royal Table. Signature Restaurants/Private Dining Disney Signature Restaurants provide unparalleled cuisine served Your Signature Restaurant/Private Dining Meal includes one (1) single serving: in elegant and relaxed surroundings. Private Dining offers the e Entrée e Appetizer (lunch & dinner) comfort and convenience of dining in your room. Choose from a e Juice (breakfast) e Dessert (lunch & dinner) selection of menu offerings including children’s favorites. e Non-alcoholic beverage Two ❷ Table Service meals for each person dining at a Signature Restaurant or Private Dining will be redeemed from your meal plan balance. Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available. Reservations are strongly suggested for Signature Restaurants. Dress Code for Signature Restaurants is Business Casual. Not permitted in dining room: T-Shirts, tank tops, swimsuits or swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, or torn clothing of any kind. Dinner Shows The Disney Dining Plan can be used for Catagory 2 or Catagory 3 seating (subject to availabilty) at the following Dinner Show experiences: Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Mickey’s Backyard BBQ (seasonal), both located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, or Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Show at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. Dinner Shows offer family-style dining with live entertainment show performances throughout the meal, themed to the Resort setting. Show tickets can be acquired through Concierge. All Dinner Shows require Advance Reservations. Two ❷ Table Service meals for each person dining at a Dinner Show will be redeemed from your meal plan balance. Grand Gathering Experiences The Disney Dining Plan can be used for parties of eight or more for the following Grand Gathering Experiences: e International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception – Enjoy a sumptuous dinner buffet including storytelling for the kids, followed by VIP viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot ®. Two ❷ Table Service meals for each participating person will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. e Safari Celebration Dinner – Take a VIP journey across the rolling savanna. Then enjoy a family-style, African-influenced feast and entertainment from Disney’s Animal Kingdom ® Theme Park. Two ❷ Table Service meals for each participating person will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. e Good Morning Gathering – Begin your Magic Kingdom ® day with a unique Disney Character Breakfast filled with surprises followed by reserved seating at Mickey’s PhilharMagic. One ❶ Table Service meal for each participating person will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. At least eight persons in your party must attend the same experience. An accepted major credit card guarantee is required for reservations at certain locations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours (6 days for Grand Gathering Experiences) before the scheduled seating time or a cancellation charge may be incurred (charge varies by location). Can Guests ages 3-9 order anything off the menu? A. No, Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu, where available. Many children’s menus offer healthy options in addition to kid favorites. Q. Can Guests ages 10+ use Guests ages 3-9 meal entitlements? A. Sorry, meal entitlements can not be shared between Guests ages 10+ and Guests ages 3-9. Q. Must I use exactly 1 Table Service, 1 Quick Service and 1 Snack each night of my package stay? A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during your package stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a Table Service meal then the following night use 2 Table Service meals to dine at a Signature Restaurant or Dinner Show. Q. Are gratuities included? A. Yes, gratuities are automatically included, where applicable. Q. How will I be able to keep track of the number of meals used? A. After you dine, your party’s remaining meals for that meal type (Table Service, Quick Service or Snack) will print on the receipt. You can also stop by the Concierge of your hotel for a complete printout of meals used/available. Q. Do any restaurants have a dress code? A.
