Salesianum is proud to announce that beginning this fall, NexDine will manage all aspects of dining
services at Salesianum School, including the café operation and catering services. In addition to delicious
food and attentive service, you can expect NexDine’s commitment to providing memorable on-campus
dining experiences.

Highlights of the new service include:
Chef-inspired menus utilizing fresh, locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients prepared from scratch.
House-roasted turkey, an enhanced salad bar, hand-stretched pizza and calzones made with
fresh dough, homemade soups, and global cuisines.
Monthly promotions such an on-site farmers markets, food truck festivals, cuisines of the world,
and seasonal/holiday events.
HealthSense® healthy dining program that provides vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options,
complete with nutrition information at the point-of-purchase.
Cutting-edge technology including “Survey on the Spot” table tents,” an online/mobile app, a
web-based portal featuring weekly menus and promotions, catering order system, etc.
The new Salesianum Campus Card system with online payment capability.

Dining center hours of operation will remain: Breakfast (7:30 am – 10:30 am), Lunch (11:30 am – 1:30
pm), and snacks (until 2:30 pm).
