BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
Guests attending functions and / or staying overnight at the Hotel
kNon-refundable deposit required within 7 days of booking.
Bedrooms:
kSmoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel,
including bedrooms. Non compliance £100 fine.
kFor the safety and comfort of all our guests,
no parties may be held in any of the guest
bedrooms.
kNon-residents are not allowed on the bedroom
floors.
kNo food or drink to be brought into the hotel
or guest will be asked to leave. Only food &
drink purchased on the premises may be
consumed on the premises.
kNo drinks are allowed to be taken up from our

kPrices are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate and are
based on two persons, sharing twin/double room, per night.
kAll bookings are subject to availability.
kShould you or your company require a drinks account,
please contact us a minimum of three weeks before your
arrival to set up credit facilities.
kPlease note that a room with a double bed cannot be
guaranteed, we reserve the right to allocate either double or
twin beds.
kAll guests attending party nights must be 18 years of age
or over.
kAll bookings must be confirmed in writing and/or with
relevant deposit requested. Any alteration to bookings must
be confirmed in writing.
kIn the event of non-arrival without 48 hours prior written
notice, a cancellation charge will be levied.
kChildren attending events or staying overnight must be
supervised at all times by parent or guardian

kAny group at an event, all male, all female or
mixed are asked to always consider other
guests and to behave respectfully.
kWhen dancing at a function, nobody should be
holding a glass or bottle and it is our policy to
ask everyone to leave their glasses at a table
before dancing.
kThe hotel is not responsible for guest’s personal
belongings such as purses, mobile phones,
wallets, I pods, handbags etc. Please note that
this is not an exhaustive list.
kOnly residents are allowed in the cocktail bar
once all the other bars have closed for the
evening.
kThe management will not tolerate unacceptable
behaviour from any guest and if anyone is
considered to be out of order, they may be
asked to leave the premises.
kGuests are advised that alcohol is not permitted
to be brought into any event, will be strictly
policed by management and may be subject to
confiscation.
kThe Barony Ballroom is available for private
hire throughout the year and certain dates in
December and January
kPlease do not bring along gift wrapped presents
to participate in Secret Santa swaps, any gifts
brought to the hotel for this purpose will be
held by security staff and returned at the end
of the evening. These items will not be
admitted to Function Suite
