Cautious Optimism
The global technology sector has seen a market improvement
over the past 12 months. During this period investment
levels have risen, a number of IPOs have taken place and
company revenues have increased. Companies on this year's
list have shown continued growth and stability after some
tough years. Despite all of the above, the technology sector
is still vulnerable to external changes, such as interest rates,
political upheaval both local and abroad, terrorism etc. In
order to continue their success and growth over the next
year, companies should continue to be driven by experienced
managers, focused business strategies, focus on technologies
that provide real value, returns and viable markets and
consider M&A possibilities.
