CALL! 270-443-8729 O FLASHER ANTI-FLIP COUNTERWEIGHT: On windy or choppy days, add stability to decoy by attaching an anti-flip counterweight as provided. First ensure proper water depth. Simply screw counterweight onto bottom of battery box. (Fig. O) Metal Flanges P CONTROL WATER SPLASHING*: (Splashing Flasher Only) The metal flanges located by the feet (Fig. P) are designed to be adjusted up or down to control splash amounts. On sunny, warmer or calm days, bend flanges slightly up for more visibility. On days that are overcast, choppy, windy or below freezing, bend flanges slightly down for less splashing on wings. This could reduce freezing and help increase battery life. TIPS: 1. The wing weights are designed to self-right the wings when not in use. If using decoy continuously, remove wing weights to increase battery life. 2. Recharging the battery: Overnight charging (around 7 hours) after each hunt is recommended to keep the battery in good condition. Charge by inserting port adapter into decoy body or by removing battery and connecting charger directly to battery terminals using clip lead adapter. 3. Storing the battery: charge fully and keep at room temperature during the off season. We recommend fully charging every three months. Never store battery for any period of time with no charge. Battery can last at full capacity for four years if maintained this way. 5. For decoy bags, optional remote/receiver, 12v batteries, chargers, timers, wings, anti-flip counterweight, and any other parts contact your local dealer or visit our website at www.higdonoutdoors.com. BILGE PUMP CLEANING*: (Splashing Flasher Only) 1. The bilge pump and pipe can easily be taken off the decoy for cleaning in case of debris clogging up the bilge pump. 2. To clean, simply unsnap the bilge from the bottom of the decoy. 3. Clean out grass and debris. 4. Once the bilge is running properly, snap bilge pump back on.
