Hot Pacs
Important information about Hot & Cold therapy
Using cold therapy as soon as possible after an injury is most beneficial. The cold helps limit
the blood supply to injured areas, and this helps decrease swelling and muscle spasms. The
heat increases local blood supply, bringing healing cells to the area and which helps to
relax tight muscles. Heat the pack in the microwave to continue your healing. Great for
warming up at bed time, or use anytime for relaxation and pain relief.
There have been so many testimonials sent back to us about the wonderful relief they
have experienced with our great comforting products. Filled with all natural ingredients of
spices, herbs and grains.

This microwavable body shawl can be used
for therapy on your full back, abdomen,
across the shoulders, or to wrap an injured
arm or leg. This shawl is very popular with

Sensory Integration Dysfunction (SID, also
called sensory processing disorder) is a
neurological disorder causing difficulties with
processing information from the five classic
