All sections are sized and engineered in accordance to the tonnage
of the press brake to realize the ultimate in rigidity and durability.

The rear mount cylinders, attached to the double rocker arm
assembly, allows for a compact frame with minimal side frame

sheet gauging system to accommodate large plates, and a laser
based Part Alignment aid to ensure precision accuracy.
The heavy CNC frontgauge system utilized for this pole bending
application was completely engineered, designed and constructed
by Accurpress. Once an operator has programmed a specific job,
the Accurpress is capable of forming a hexagon shaped pole
within 90 seconds.
