This custom forming solution seamlessly integrates a 750 ton
Accurpress, a ground-breaking 48” tall punch, heavy duty front
sheet gauging system to accommodate large plates, and a laser
based Part Alignment aid to ensure precision accuracy.
The heavy CNC frontgauge system utilized for this pole bending
application was completely engineered, designed and constructed
by Accurpress. Once an operator has programmed a specific job,
the Accurpress is capable of forming a hexagon shaped pole
within 90 seconds.
