North Watford Extended Schools Christmas Party

Dear Parents/ Carers
Following the success of the play afternoon we held at Gambado
earlier in the year North Watford Extended Schools have been
given exclusive hire of the Gambado children’s play centre for a
Christmas Party. We have managed to agree an excellent rate for the
afternoon.
Gambado is charging us just £4 a child with a free adult! It would normally
cost £6.25 per child to attend a session at Gambado with an additional fee for
adults. Gambado has also kindly agreed to give us a percentage of the
money back to go towards running future courses and activities for families
at our schools.
The party will be a fantastic opportunity for your children to get into the festive spirit with their
school friends. ‘Gambado Claus’ will be paying a visit and the festive tunes will be ringing out!
Places are limited and the tickets have been shared out between the participating schools so
please return your slip ASAP. To secure a place please return the slip below in a sealed
envelope with £4 per child to the school office by Friday 22nd October. Please also write
the number of tickets you require on the outside of the envelope. Your tickets will be sent
home from school with your child the week before the event. A waiting list will be kept by
schools that have more replies than their allocated spaces in case other schools have spare
tickets. Please note that all children must be supervised by a parent during the event.
