OIS After School Celebration
When: May 1, 2015
Where: OIS Cafeteria/Playground
Time: Immediately after school from 3:30-5:30
Cost: $5.00/$1.00 back at the door with perfect attendance ticket!
We will be holding a celebration after school. This celebration will include a DJ and weather
permitting outside activities. The Scholastic Book Fair will also be open in the library.
This celebration will also be used as an attendance PSSA incentive for students. Every student
who has perfect attendance during the PSSA exams will be given a ticket. The ticket can be
turned in at the door and the student will be given $1.00.
In order to hold this event after school a permission slip MUST be completed permitting your
student(s) to stay. Students will be able to purchase their tickets after school during MPP, but
money will not be accepted without the permission slip. Tickets will be sold in the OIS
lobby each afternoon from 2:45pm to 3:15pm beginning Monday, April 27, 2015.
Please complete the slip below, detach it, and send it to school with your child. Again, tickets
can ONLY be purchased if the student has a permission slip.
