Jonathan Jaglom is the chief executive officer with MakerBot, a subsidiary of Stratasys Ltd., and a global leader in the desktop 3D
printing industry. At MakerBot, Jonathan oversees the corporate direction and strategy for MakerBot’s global operations including sales,
marketing, technology and products, with a focus on strategy, leadership, innovation and customers. Jonathan has been in the 3D
printing industry for the majority of his career and prior to his role with MakerBot, spent ten years with MakerBot’s parent company
Stratasys as general manager of Stratasys Asia Pacific and Japan and in several roles within Objet, which also merged with Stratasys
in 2012. He was appointed chief executive officer of MakerBot in February 2015. While at Stratasys APJ, Jonathan managed the
overall operation pertaining to Stratasys in Asia, including strategy and growth, reporting directly to the CEO. His key objective while at
Stratasys APJ was to lead a successful distribution model with more than 50 channel partners in 15+ countries and to ensure a leading
and sustainable growth of the 3D printing business in the region.

He joined EOS early 2011. Before he worked for Siemens in various operational functions for more than ten years, most recently as
head of strategy for the Division ‘Drive Technologies’. During his time at Siemens he also managed business in the ‘Motion Control
Solutions’ and ‘Automotive Plant Engineering’ area. The watch industry has been the starting point in his professional life, working for
Cartier in Switzerland. Nikolai is a mechanical engineer and holds a MBA degree.

well as to 150+ companies in the investment community. He has authored 400 books, articles, and technical papers and has given
more than 125 keynote presentations on five continents. Wohlers has twice served as a featured speaker at events held at the U.S.
White House. He has appeared on many television and radio news programs, including NPR, CBS Radio News, Bloomberg TV, CNBC,
MSNBC, Fox Business, Australia’s Sky News, and China’s CCTV. For the past 20 years, Wohlers has been a principal author of the

industry-leading report on the subject for two decades.
