VEHICLES ADMITTED
Car
All vehicles, two or four wheels drive, with a total weight of less 3.500 Kg will be eligible to enter the event. These vehicles
must comply FIA rules and have FIA Technical Passport. All the vehicles of T1 and T2 group must comply with the FIA
Appendix “J” technical and safety rules 2008 (Art. - 281 - 282 - 283 - 284 – 285).
The Group T2 vehicles must also have the FIA “T” group homologation form, under penalty of non-admission to the start.
All cars of the Italian Competitors must be provided with compulsorily CSAI Technical Passport.
Standard vehicles, which are not or no longer homologated in Group T2, may be authorised to take part in Group T1 with
a T2 safety and preparation level. Vehicles must fully respect Article 284 (Group T1) and must not have characteristics
superior to Group T1, except in particular cases, which will be examined by the Cross-Country Rally Technical Working
Group.
The maximum number of entrants will be 90 including all Priority Drivers.
If more than 90 entries are received, the Organiser has the right to decide which entries among the non-priority drivers will
be accepted.

Italian Baja 2008 will admit all Bike and Quad with engine over 100c.c. and complying to Road Code rules and FMI prescription. For specific rules of Championships go to web site www.quadchamp.com

Anybody wishing to take part in the “Italian Baja 2008” must send the entry form duly completed (including co-driver
details) to the Rally Office. The Car, Quad and Bike entry form will be available from Monday 13th January on web site
www.italianbaja.com
The entry will only be accepted if accompanied by total amount of the entry fee
The entry fee must be sent to organizer until 3rd march.
TRACK
“Italian Baja 2008” consisting of a secret route totalling appr. 400 km in 3 Legs. Quad and Bike run only Saturday and
Sunday, except for Alpe Adria and Triveneto Championship that will run only Sunday.
The race track will be on gravel roads and alongside and in a riverbed described in the Road-Book.
