We believe that salons don’t spend enough time retailing products
and we would like to focus on this untapped source of profits.
Each issue of our promotional flyer has several pages dedicated to
retail sales. These are recommendations from our Dannyco sales
pros and are designed to create profit centres in your salons and
spas. We present different categories of products for resale:
electrical tools, accessories such as brushes, and spa related items.
In this issue, we bring you a new sales concept – retail sales
kits. Two retail kits are proposed on pages 14 and 15. We have
selected a group of products that have a lot of potential for retail
sales. They are attractive, professional quality and well priced for
resale. Plus the product packaging has a lot of information about
product features. With a minimum of effort, you can easily create a
profit centre.

Sol-Gel technology is a high tech manufacturing process used to coat
flat iron plates. This innovation was created by Babyliss Pro’s team of
scientists and has been applied to Babyliss Pro’s series of Nano-TitaniumTM
flat irons.
®
Based on nano technology, the Sol-Gel technique is a delicate, precisely
controlled laboratory process that transforms nano size particles of
material such as titanium and ceramic from a liquid (SOLution) to a more
solid (GEL) form. Thus the name “SOL-GEL”.
When Sol-Gel is applied onto an iron’s plates the results are
extraordinary!
Compared to traditional iron plates, Sol-Gel plates:
• possess a much higher concentration of the applied materials
such as titanium and ceramic for increased benefits
• are harder and longer lasting
• are less porous and therefore chemically resistant to hair
colours, hair sprays, etc.
• are smoother, resulting in reduced friction for a superior
glide and improved hair protection
