Trespass carries on from where Mark’s previous
show 100 Acts of Minor Dissent left off. It is his
usual odd mix of theatre, stand up, activism, a
dash of journalism and a dollop of mayhem.
Mark asks the question: If the ramblers of the
1930’s were here now what would they do to
open up the cities?
How do we turn the skyscrapers and corporate
squares into our playgrounds?
He sets out to try and carve a small space in the
urban world where mischief and random chance
can lurk.
No one knows where this show is going to end
up, so join Mark on the journey. £15 / £13 Concessions.

Woody Pines - Americana
Birnam Arts and Conference Centre, Station Road, Birnam, Dunkeld, Perthshire PH8 0DS
North Carolina hotshots Woody Pines have
wowed the crowds on both sides of the Atlantic
and are widely regarded as one of the most
entertaining acts on the Americana circuit...
whenever their next visit to these shores is announced, dates get filled in record time. Recently
signed by Nashville’s Muddy Roots Records, the
trio’s distinctive bigger-than-three viper sound
is beefed up by Skip Frontz Jnr on upright bass,
adding both foot tappin’ low-end and rapid fire
percussion with his red hot slap technique, and
the brilliant Brad Tucker on vintage electric guitar
and vocal harmonies.

returns from a cursed expedition to the Antarctic. To protect our world, he keeps deep secrets
that he knows the speaking of will only serve to
shatter his fragile mind. But as he comes to the
realisation that we, the audience, are planning
to go further into the penetrating cold than he
dared, will he allow his secrets to unfold? Will
he share the truth and the horror of things that
should not be? “From the moment that Hardy delivers the first line we know we are in the hands
