VAZATA Finds New HQ Home at Adriatica Village in McKinney,
Texas
VAZATA has announced they have relocated company headquarters to Adriatica Village in
McKinney, Texas.
The company first opened for business in 2000 and has since grown to require additional
space for staff and network operation needs.
VAZATA is now located in Adriatica Village, in a custom built structure designed to add
additional security and infrastructure around VAZATA’s services and customer experience.
“Our move to Adriatica is a great example of VAZATA’s growth and progress. We’re excited
to have moved our operations into our new space in McKinney, it’s a great facility and look
forward to doing business for many years to come,” says Lance Black, CEO of VAZATA.
A grand opening will be held at the end of the month of June that will include an official
ribbon cutting presented by the McKinney Chamber of Commerce.

VAZATA has recently announced the rollout of the
VAZATA Customer Experience team.
As a part of the customer life cycle at VAZATA, clients will
now receive concierge quality support that focuses on all
critical provider­to­customer touchpoints. The new
support team will provide a primary point of contact for
account support, technical support, account planning and
optimization, marketing resources and partner outreach
to create seamless communication and engagement.
“VAZATA has always strived to provide quality customer
service on every level. As we grow, a natural need to
evolve and restructure how we communicate becomes a
priority. The new Customer Experience team will ensure
we’re always there when you need us with support and
communication that is critical in our relationships with our

The new concierge service was implemented at the
beginning of Q2.

VAZATA has announced they will be hosting their third
annual Texas Hold’em Poker Event, October 6, 2016.
The event will be held at the Toyota Stadium in Frisco,
Texas inside the WinStar World Casino RiverClub. The
venue is home to FC Dallas of Major League Soccer, a
strategic partner of VAZATA. “This tournament has grown
so much over the years and has continued to be one of
VAZATA’s best events. It’s such a great way for us to
reconnect with our customers and partners to network
and have fun. We appreciate the support of our
sponsors, and look forward to seeing everyone in
October," said Alma Coronado, Director of Marketing for

On May 11, 2016, ,VAZATA welcomed
Veeam CEO Ratmir Timashev and the Veeam team to
FC Dallas vs Portland Timbers game at Toyota Stadium
in Frisco, Texas. Mr. Timashev and the Veeam team spent time visiting
Houston and Dallas offices to reconnect with staff and
partners. VAZATA, a top Cloud & Service provider partner,
welcomed Veeam and staff, plus VAZATA customers and
partners, to the VAZATA suite at Toyota Stadium.
