Jjimdak (seasoned and simmered chunk chicken) is a fusion dish seasoned with
Korean soy sauce and mixed with potatoes, chili peppers and yam noodles. With

Gwanghwamun technically refers to
Namjeongmun, the main gate of Gyeongbokgung
Palace. Recently, however, it is more often
used to indicate a main road reaching out from
