From virtually any area of your facility, the QLock Station automates the management of temperature-sensitive vaccines and medications to eliminate manual processes, increase staff
efficiency and improve hospital profitability. The QLock can be placed on existing side-door
refrigerators, freezers, warmers and other storage devices within the facility.
The QLock Station enables healthcare professionals to electronically capture valuable transaction and temperature data that assists with controlled substance compliance efforts and improves reorder efficiency, resulting in increased financial performance.
The QLock Station:
• Captures patient administration data (patient name, DOB, date of administration)
• Automates vaccine management (vaccine names, dosages received, expiration dates, manufacturers and lot numbers)

Customizable hybrid solutions
Due to the variety of refrigerators available, QLock units are supplied in
Cubex digital inventory solutions offer heathcare professionals a hybrid
approach to the on-going challenges of inventory management. In addition to the QLock Station, the QLock can be used to complement Cubex
cabinets providing the flexibility to blend the management of both low
and high cost supplies. This hybrid configuration allows you to leverage
the entire Cubex investment and meet the facilities unique needs.

• Flat-door units: for refrigerators with a flat door surface
• Round-door units: for refrigerators with a curved door surface
In addition to the flat-door and round-door options, can also be ordered
in two supplemental configurations:
• Left-side units: for refrigerators that open from the left side
• Right-side units: for refrigerators that open from the right side
