Holiday Favorites Signature Holiday Recipes from our Deli ingredients • 4 lbs russet potatoes - peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces • 1 cup Half and half • 8 oz Urbani white or black truffle butter • 1/4 cup Minced chives • 1/4 tsp Ground white pepper • 1/2 tsp Sea salt method • 1 -pkg • 1 tbsp • 3 oz • 1 ea • 1/4 cup • 3 tbsp • 1 tbsp Bristol Farms trimmed green beans Kosher salt Diced Pancetta, In Our Deli Sweet onion, minced Bristol Farms Balsamic vinegar Italian parsley, chopped Black pepper method 1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a large sauce pan. Add green beans and salt. Cook until beans are tender, about 2 minutes. Drain and place in ice water bath to stop the cooking process. 2. Fry pancetta over medium heat in a large skillet until crisp. Remove pancetta from skillet with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Remove all but 3 tablespoons of the fat and add onion to the skillet; sauté until golden, about 5 minutes. 3. Add balsamic vinegar and green beans to the skillet and toss to heat through for about 2 minutes. 4. Crumble pancetta and sprinkle Italian parsley over pan, season with freshly ground black pepper and extra kosher salt to taste. 5. Remove from heat and serve immediately. 1. Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until very tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return potatoes to pot. Stir over medium heat until excess moisture evaporates, about 1 minute, remove from heat. 2. In a small pot heat half and half until just hot. Stir in truffle butter to melt.
