Our interns live on the same floor to make participants feel right at home. Our amenities included in the housing cost for each participant: All utilities, including water, electricity, and waste disposal 24/7 Maintenance Cable & High Speed Internet Access in all rooms Access to our Employee Dining Room 24 hours a day Alternatively, some participants may have family or live near our properties in Las Vegas, or are already familiar with the local area and may prefer to live off‐site. Please note: off‐site participants are unable to utilize the resort amenities of Circus Circus Resort & Casino. Once a participant joins housing, they agree to stay the entire duration of the program. Participants will have the opportunity to request housing after receiving their offer to participate in the program. The Resort Centrally located and invitingly decorated, our 3,770 newly refreshed and remodeled rooms promise all the comfort and convenience you would expect from a Las Vegas hotel with all the round‐the‐clock excitement of a Las Vegas casino. The resort boasts three outdoor swimming pools heated to 80 degrees ranging from three to six feet in depth. Participants will never go hungry; eight dining options to satisfy everyone's taste, from award‐
winning restaurants to quick service restaurants. Just for the fun of it. Go ahead and live a little, or A LOT! Circus Circus is the only Las Vegas hotel starring the world's largest permanent circus and America's largest indoor theme park. Want a free Las Vegas show? Kids and adults of all ages are invited to be mesmerized by daily live circus shows in our Carnival Midway. Room Features Our College Program participants reside at The Manor Motor Lodge at Circus Circus. The Manor Motor Lodge is adjacent to Circus Circus and is comprised of five three‐story detached buildings, located a half‐
block from the hotel lobby and casino. Each of the five buildings offer convenient self‐parking. The 351 sq. ft. rooms are decorated in desert‐sunset tones and feature updated furnishings, flat screen TVs and Wi‐Fi internet access. Guests may choose either a King or Double Queen beds. All rooms are non‐
smoking. They also include the following:  Alarm Clocks  Cable TV  Hairdryers  Refreshment coolers (not meant for food storage)  Laundry Facilities – adjacent at the KOA Campground (fee based)  Safes  In Room Internet Access  Bathtub and Shower Combo College Program Housing Events During the Program, participants will also be able to enjoy a variety of events such as scheduled coffee chats with executives, current Management Associate Program participants or former interns still working for the company. Participants may also experience welcome events, trips to local entertainment venues, and much more! Housing participants will have the opportunity to meet and live with people from all over the country. Our College Program Housing is diverse offering participants the opportunity to meet fellow interns, create life long memories and create a sense of home in a comfortable living community. Weekly Housing Payment Housing costs range from $25.00 ‐ $45.00 per night depending on the option to live in a room with single or double occupancy. Housing costs are automatically deducted weekly from intern’s paychecks; so they don’t have to worry about turning in a check. This cost includes all utilities such as electricity, cable, waste, meals, as well as various resort amenities featured. $175.00 a week for double occupancy (share a room with a roommate) $315.00 a week for single occupancy (your own room) We do NOT charge a Program Assessment Fee, Housing and Administration Fee, or Damage Deposit. However, interns assigned to the specific room are responsible for the room’s condition and will be held responsible for loss or damaged items. Participants will sign an authorized Payroll Deduction Form at the time of Check‐In should a participant fail to provide payment on a weekly basis. Housing Move‐In Date/Move‐Out Date: Intern Program Housing will start and be charged for a move in date on Wednesday May 29, 2013 and conclude housing on Saturday August 10, 2013. Check out will be Noon. Participants will check out with a Manager to ensure the room is in working condition. If participants determine to live for a shorter term than the above check‐in and check‐out date; participants will need to reserve a single room at the $315.00 a week rate. Should a participant want to extend their stay or check‐in prior to Thursday May 30, 2013, our College Programs Team is happy to forward an Employee Friends & Family Rate Link to receive discounted room rates. PARTICIPANTS MUST RESERVE THEIR ROOMS BY WEDNESDAY MAY 16TH, 2013. Room Assignments In assigning rooms and roommates, all accommodations will be assigned by gender and preference to live with or without a roommate by our College Programs Leadership Team. At this time, this year, we will not be able to guarantee rooming requests. We have a few basic rules, which we call, Community Code, that benefits everyone living in our housing. Safety is always our top priority, and these guidelines are designed with our team members’ safety and comfort in mind. Failure to comply with Community Codes can result in termination from the program. Visitors Guests are welcome to visit a participant’s room, however overnight guests are strictly prohibited. Friends and Family Rate Interns can have their friends and family stay at Circus Circus Resort & Casino for up to 30% off! Just ask your Program Manager to send you a “Mlife Insider Rate,” and for your friends and family to be sent a link to book directly through the hotel’s website. Transportation Public transportation is a viable service that is available to team members that live at our College Program Housing at Circus Circus through the Regional Transportation Authority of Southern Nevada: http://www.rtcsouthernnevada.com/. A 24/7 bus line runs on the Las Vegas Strip properties and other local areas which include local merchants for groceries and sundries. Participants are ultimately responsible for their own transportation to and from work and public transportation may not always coincide exactly with your work schedule. Although transportation is provided at a small fee by the Regional Transportation Authority of Southern Nevada, we encourage participants to bring a vehicle if they have one, for their convenience. All participants who operate a vehicle on property must have valid automobile liability insurance issued by an insurance company and authorized to sell automobile liability insurance in the United States (including the State of Nevada) that will cover any property damage or personal injury (including but not limited to serious bodily injury or death) caused by the participant while operating a vehicle. All participants are responsible for their own transportation to the check‐in location at Circus Circus on their arrival and departure day. A taxi‐cab will usually cost around $15.00 each way or local resort shuttles not provided by Circus Circus are from $11.00 each way.
