TV HOSTS LOUIS AGUIRRE AND MARIA REGINA BUSTAMANTE TO NARRATE BRITTEN CLASSIC FOR MIAMI SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA’S DECEMBER CONCERT SERIES, some Art, Jazz and Basil MIAMI – Louis Aguirre and Maria Regina Bustamante, two well-known television personalities, will be lending their talents to the classical music scene as guest narrator for the Miami Symphony Orchestra’s December concert series, some Art, Jazz and Basil, December 6 at Gusman Concert Hall, University of Miami and December 7 at Lincoln Theatre. The announcement was made by Maestro Eduardo Marturet, Music Director and Conductor for the Miami Symphony Orchestra. Louis Aguirre, an award-winning journalist, is the anchor and host for WSVN TV’s popular “Deco Drive”, seen nightly at 7:30 p.m. He will narrate “A The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra by English composer Benjamin Britten for the Miami Symphony Orchestra’ s December 7 performance at Lincoln Theatre on Miami Beach. Maria Regina Bustamante, news anchor for MEGA TV, Channel 22, will narrate for the December 6 concert at Gusman Concert Hall, Coral Gables. Both concerts begin at 8:00 p.m. and both are sponsored by Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation. In addition to Bitten, the concert program includes Bolero by Maurice Ravel; the beautiful Danzon N. 2 by Mexican composer Arturo Marquez and the Florida premieres of works by Malcolm Arnold and Astor Piazzolla. Guest soloist for the series is the widely acclaimed harmonica virtuoso, Antonio Serrano of Spain. Single tickets for the concerts range from $15 to $60.
