Kung Fu, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Owner”), has retained
First Property Realty Corporation (“First Property”) on an exclusive basis to
sell 10335 Magnolia Blvd., North Hollywood, California (“Property”).
This is a confidential Sale Offering and Marketing Brochure intended solely
for your limited use and benefit in determining whether you desire to
express any further interest in the purchase of the Property. This Sale
