Koehler Welding and Supply has been supplying customer needs since 1929 and is continuing to expand our range
of services, capabilities and MRO products. Our people, products and operational improvements allow us to exceed
customer expectations, providing quality products while continually improving internal operations and services.

Inventory Management
July 2013 completed 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion.
Koehler Welding and Supply’s inventory management process is designed to assist partnering customers in their
efforts to reduce their investment in on-hand inventory while maintaining necessary levels of product available for
sustained plant operations. Our customized inventory program results in a reduction of excess inventory.
Koehler’s people work with plant personnel to determine the optimal reorder points and quantities of agreed products.
By constantly reviewing past usage requirements, Koehler is able to recommend adjustments to inventory levels. A
mutual determination allows Koehler to bring in back stock to cover the customers expected usage, eliminating down
time and excess inventory.

Customer focus is Koehler’s “Job One”. Continually working to improve our internal operations to meet customer
requirements and provide quality products in a timely manner is the sole business practice at Koehler.
In the event a customer’s needs are not met, investigative action is launched to determine the root of the cause and
corrections are made. These are done in conjunction with our customer’s quality requirements.

With our roots as a broadly diversified distributor, we are experts at sourcing, understanding channels of distribution,
integrated business to business electronic communication and inventory management.
Integrated supply is an inventory, transaction and acquisition cost reduction process that shifts the responsibility of
purchasing and maintaining MRO inventories from the customer to Koehler Welding and Supply and the supplier
base.
Koehler has the personnel, technology, system, financial strength, experience and flexibility to assist customers in
removing costs from the supply chain based on an analysis of the current operation. Among the primary services
available through Koehler are data management, storeroom management, consulting, and full integration/supply chain
management.
Koehler is capable of managing inventories and procuring the entire range of indirect MRO materials for our
customers, including OEM spare parts management, parts to print, and general supplies through second tier suppliers
in various commodities including Electrical, Mill Supplies, Fasteners, Janitorial, and much more. Koehler manages
the entire procurement and inventory management process by directly placing purchase orders with any manufacturer
or supplier required to fulfill the customer needs. Additionally, the Koehler software system has the capability
to completely manage the MRO process, from end-user to supplier payment, in the most efficient manner while
providing a variety of report formats and structure for proper management of the entire program.

At Koehler Welding and Supply, we employee 13 service oriented people to serve our customers needs and
desires. We offer 24-hour service and our facility is open from 6.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday thru Friday.

24 years experience in the welding field. Teresa handles all stock inventory. Teresa will process all orders,
handle your deliveries and track any back orders.
Ron Mills - [email protected]
In house sales and telephone support with 22 years MRO sales experience.
Jeff Chandler - [email protected]
9 years in the procurement and integrated / services field. He handles all the overseas procurement and
handles all the integrated reporting.
Ted Herbert - [email protected]
25 years experience in maintenance and maintenance purchasing. Ted handles all the research and
purchasing of (spot buys) tools, electrical components, mats, sensors, valves and all maintenance related
items.

Office manager with 19 years experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.

33 years experience in accounting. Suz handles all of our billing procedures and our IT department.
