Management for their construction projects. This includes the exploration of new
technologies and materials, alternative and tested procurement routes, et al.
The Quantity Surveyor is the construction industry’s financial expert. Accordingly, “core”

Quality Policy
Our Quality Policy is:

To provide quality Construction Cost Consultancy that satisfies and exceeds our
Clients’ expectations and requirements in terms of Cost, Quality and Time by
performing the correct tasks defect free, on time, every time and to continuously
strive to improve.
All Staff are trained and are well versed in the meaning and implications of this
Quality Policy and are to adhere to the procedures which are applicable to the area
of work within our organisation.
A continuing programme of evaluation, improvement and audit has been established
to ensure the objectives of this policy are achieved.
To us, quality assurance is more than a strategy for reducing errors. It is based on
the pursuit of perfection rather than to be satisfied with an acceptable quality level
by the provision of a guideline on quality practices, resources and sequence of
activities relevant to the project.
In order to meet our objective, the Company has established, implemented and
maintains a documented Quality Management System (QMS), which meets the
requirements of the Standard ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems –
Requirements. This QMS sets out general quality practices and procedures tailored
to Kumpulan Sepakat Konsult Sdn Bhd.
The established QMS shall be continually improved to make certain the
effectiveness of the overall operation of the organisation.
Scope of this QMS is to specify guidelines on quality practices and the procedures
to be followed in meeting them. Everyone in the project team, from the Client to the
specialist sub-contractors, has a role to play in achieving quality at the end of the
day.
This QMS recognises that each project is unique and that the means by which it
may be procured will be subject to variation. The specimen forms and checklist
appended herewith may not be appropriate for universal application.
