nuove collezioni diventa una consuetudine e si apre, in quest’occasione, anche con l’augurio che il 2009

Con la collezione Winter 2009/10 Briko mantiene il primo dei suoi impegni e segna una tappa
fondamentale nel percorso di innovazione del prodotto per garantire ai nostri atleti e ai praticanti quello

Infatti la storia di Briko è la storia di tanti atleti e di molti successi conseguiti in tutte le maggiori
competizioni a livello internazionale nel mondo della NEVE e della BICICLETTA.

nostri atleti nelle corse: Bode Miller, Benjamin Raich, Peter Fill, Pietro Piller Cottrer, Emil Hegle Svendsen,
Dominique Gisin, solo per citarne alcuni.
Ma oggi sappiamo che il mercato ci chiede di più. In primo luogo il servizio, che Briko si è
impegnato a rendere impeccabile e in secondo luogo il prodotto, unico per stile, prestazione, sicurezza,

OUTER LAYER
This layer remains close to the skin therefore it is
the first and most important one as to comfort and
keeping the right hygienic and heat conditions.
All used materials move moisture away from
the body making you feel dry and warm during
the day. Therefore, the loss of energies the body
needs to keep the right temperature is reduced
and allows these energies to be properly used for
athletic performances with results in speed and
resistance.
The second layer guarantees heath and move
moisture away from the body from the first layer
towards the outside. The special fabric realized
by Briko for the athlete guarantees separated
thermal protection, freedom to move and a very
high level of transpiration.
This is the outer layer, the shell protecting the
athlete from the most outer agents: water, wind,
snow and humidity. Maximum transpiration is
the main target of Briko: aerobic activity such
as racing, cycling and cross-country skiing
produce heavy perspiration that has quickly
to be dissipated by means of fabric allowing
transpiration, protection and freedom to move at
the same time. The Briko Outerwear program has
been transformed into different thermal levels
in order to guarantee protection in all kinds of

È lo strato direttamente a contatto con la pelle,
dunque il primo ed il più importante ai fini del
comfort e del mantenimento delle giuste condizioni igieniche e termiche. Speciali materiali
favoriscono il trasporto dell’umidità prodotta
dal corpo verso l’esterno così da lasciarlo sempre asciutto e caldo. Di conseguenza diminuisce
il dispendio di energie che il corpo impiega per
mantenere la giusta temperatura; energie che,
invece, possono essere impiegate direttamente
nella performance atletica con evidenti risultati
sulla velocità e la resistenza.
Il secondo strato garantisce termicità e permette
il passaggio dell’umidità prodotta dal corpo dal
primo strato verso l’esterno. Lo speciale programma di tessuti messo a punto da Briko per
l’atleta garantisce protezione termica differenziata, piena libertà di movimento e un livello di
traspirazione molto elevato.

AUSSENSCHICHT
Es ist die Schicht im direkten Kontakt mit der Haut,
und deshalb die erste und wichtigste Schicht
hinsichtlich des Komforts und der Erhaltung der
richtigen hygienischen und Wärmebedingungen.
Besondere Materialen fördern das Weiterleiten
der Feuchtigkeit, durch den Körper verursacht,
nach außen, wodurch er immer trocken und warm
bleibt. Daher verringert sich der Energieverlust
welcher der Körper braucht, um die richtige
Temperatur, Energie zu behalten, welche dagegen
direkt während der athletischen Leistung mit
offensichtlichen Ergebnissen hinsichtlich der
Geschwindigkeit und Widerstand benutzt werden
können.
Die zweite Schicht gewährleistet Wärme und
erlaubt den Durchlauf der Feuchtigkeit, durch
den Körper verursacht, von der ersten Schicht
nach außen. Das besondere Gewebeprogramm
durch Briko für den Athleten ausgearbeitet,
gewährleistet unterschiedlicher Wärmeschutz,

COUCHE EXTÉRIEURE
C’est la couche directement au contact avec la
peau, donc le premier et le plus important aux fins
du confort et du maintien des justes conditions
hygiéniques et thermiques. De spéciaux matériels
favorisent le transport de l’humidité produite du
corps vers l’extérieur pour le laisser toujours sec
et chaud. Par conséquent il diminue la dispersion
d’énergies que le corps emploie pour maintenir
la juste température, les énergies qui, par contre,
peuvent être employées directement dans la performance athlétique avec des évidents résultats
sur la vitesse et la résistance.
La seconde couche garantit le thermique et
permet le passage de l’humidité produite par le
corps de la première couche vers l’extérieur. Le
programme spécial des tissus mis à point par Briko
pour l’athlète garantit la protection thermique
diversifiée, une pleine liberté de mouvements et
un niveau de transpiration très élevé.
C’est la couche plus extérieure, la coque qui

POLYCARBONATE Is a thermoplastic resin and the lens is manufactured by
pouring the material into metal moulds at high pressures and temperatures.
It has excellent anti-impact properties which make it ideal for sports and
industrial uses.
The high resilience and high refractive index of Polycarbonate compared to other
materials are the reasons for the growth and popularity. Thus, polycarbonate
is perfectly suited for use in dual eye applications, masks, shields and rames
with high base curves or complex designs.

EN The Thrama® system is based on the fundamental concept of
transmittance, that is on light selection filtering techniques aimed at
drastically reducing visual “noise” (diffused light) and intensifying the
“signal” in order to optimize visual information.
It can filter the first three primary colors in the visible light spectrum (bluegreen-red, wave-length of 400 to 700 mm) in different percentages, thus
increasing the chromatic contrast and optimizing the image perception in
the fundamental visual receptors present in the central retina. Furthermore,
