1 Cut out each number from section B, fold and place in an envelope.
2 Offer these to your customers and/or colleagues for a suggested donation of £1 per entry and get them to
draw a number. Remember numbers 1–49 for the National Lottery and 1–45 for the Irish Lottery.
3 Complete section A matching the name of the person with the number they have drawn.
4 The person who picked the bonus ball number keeps half of the money with the remainder donated to Macmillan.

1 Don’t think you can only produce this once! Print off lots of copies and complete as many as you can, to raise as much money as possible.
