Smart Technology at homes, provides convenience, comfort, safety, entertainment and energy saving by enabling control of all lighting, through tablet computers (iPad), mobile phones or over the Internet. It is the introduction of an Artificial Intelligence brain that connects all the systems together and provides the best interaction between them and the user. What is a Smart Building Solution? The competence based approach is a teaching method that is very appropriate for VTE students. A competence is a combination of three elements: know how, good attitude, knowledge. The competence based approach (CBA) develops not only the knowledge but the skills and attitude of the candidate. It gives the student a set of competences that will make him more efficient and confident in his work. Also, the CBA requires that the school’s workshops reflect a real job situation so that the student gets a stronger experience before entering the market. The new curriculum of BT Electrotechnics is built and taught with the CBA method. This year, more than 7 schools have launched the new BT in Electrotechnics to their students. Smart Building Solution is the convergence and centralization of all common area services in a building like ICT (Information and Communication Technology ) and ELV services (Extra Low Voltage). Building Management System (BMS) ensures the centralized control and monitoring of all electromechanical devices in the building from a central desktop application or web application. Converged IP technology allows all the ICT services (Internet, VoIP and IPTV) to be streamed over the same integrated infrastructure (Triple Play). Who is ActiveMania?
