REVISED CLUB BYLAWS - NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
It has come to the Management’s attention that very often the courts are empty due to “No-Show” by Members who have pre-booked a specific slot.
This deprives fellow Members from using the court. In our continuous effort to maximize the usage of the Club’s facilities by Members,we wish to revise
the Cancellation Policy from four (4) hours to twenty-four (24) hours.
With effect from 1 April 2011, any cancellation of booked courts must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the booked time. Any Member
who does not give 24 hours notice of cancellation or fails to turn up after having made the booking shall be liable to a “Cancellation Fee” or “No-Show
Fee” of RM10.00. This fee shall be automatically debited into your Membership account.
Members are reminded to register at the Sports Control Desk for your pre-booked slot and advised not to allow other Members to use your I/D for
booking of any court. Your kind co-operation and understanding is much appreciated.

Tennis fans and aficionados converged on the BMW
Malaysian Open 2011 held at the Club recently where
the singles and doubles finals took centre stage at the
Centre Court. Australian Jelena Dokic emerged as the
new champion for the singles while the victorious pair,
Dinara Safina and Galina Voskoboeva won the doubles.

An enjoyable time for the kids as they learned to care for
the ponies, explored the imaginative world of speech and
drama and participated in the various sports.
