FlorSupport represents our dedicated support service,
designed to ensure that every contract flooring
requirement is both easy to fulfil and ultimately
successful. It is provided by a team of our most
experienced staff, trained in subfloor assessment,
flooring calculations and installation techniques.
FlorSupport is made up of 5 key areas:
Calculations:
Based on a clear indication of the dimensions of
your floor area, FlorSupport will provide an accurate
calculation of the amount of flooring you require and
the wastage that will be involved. The team will even
assess floor plans and give an accurate calculation
for irregular areas.
Sub-floor assessment:
Based on a clear description of a sub-floor, preferably
accompanied by good photos, FlorSupport will provide
direction on the best way to prepare the floor and lay
your flooring on it.
Adhesive recommendations:
FlorSupport will give clear guidance on the best type
of adhesive to use for any given application, taking
account of both the intended type of flooring and the
nature of the sub-floor.
Sample service:
FlorSupport responds quickly to sample requests,
helping to confirm selection and enabling possible
testing requirements.
Post-installation advice:
The help from FlorSuport doesn’t end on completion
of a project. After-sales advice on maintenance and
care is freely available from our team of experts at
all times.

Development of our entrance
matting selection is based around our
understanding of the impact of first
impressions. We know that positive
entrance matting contributes significantly
to an impressive reception area (as well as
achieving significant savings in cleaning
costs) and our range reflects this.
Our range of entrance matting provides
options relevant to all applications,
from entry-level requirements with only
medium traffic, right up to high footfall
locations and prestigious settings.
Options include heavy duty fibre bonded
matting with anti-static and stain-resistant
properties, through to matting in tile
