ballet, lyrical, jazz, acting for dancers,

DAY CAMPS
The following camps meet at Columbus
Tustin Activity Center, 17522 Beneta Way,
Tustin 92780. No on-site registration,
must pre-register with the Parks and
Recreation Department at www.tustinca.
org or 714.573.3326. No early drop
offs. Late fee of $1.00 per minute (after
12:00pm for Little Folks Camp and after
5:00pm for other camps). Refund Policy:
$25.00 fee per child, per week will be
deducted on all day camp refunds. No
transfers or refunds for missed days.
Parent letters, emergency forms, and
weekly schedules are posted on www.
tustinca.org. No camp July 3.
Little Folks Camp
$69.00 per week *$58.00 week of June 29
This camp will provide a positive and
unique experience for children of
preschool and kindergarten age. Children
must be dressed for play and bring a snack
and lunch. Campers must be toilet trained,
no pull-ups allowed. Children should be
accustomed to being without a parent for
three hours. Ratio is 6:1.

Tustin Teen Camp

*$121.00 week of June 29
This camp is specifically designed for the
“teen” age group and runs separately from
Camp Tustin; however, the two camps will
join for all major excursions. Participants
must bring two snacks and lunch. There

Skyhawks gives children an introduction
into sports by emphasizing teamwork,
respect, and sportsmanship. Staff use a
variety of skill-building games and activities
to give athletes a complete understanding
and overview of the sport. Participants

bring bottled water; those attending full
day should also bring lunch and a snack,
half day campers should bring two snacks.

This is an active and informative
introductory tennis camp for children
using the QuickStart training method for
ages 9 and under. Smaller courts, lighter
racquets, and lower compression balls
means that kids start having more fun
from the outset. Hand-eye coordination
drills, running drills, and the fundamental
strokes of the game will be offered.

A camp especially designed for beginning
level children 10-16 years old. A solid
foundation of fundamentals will be taught
for all strokes of the game. New skills will be
learned through a variety of fun and active
drills to develop hand-eye coordination,
using green-dot balls. Match play will be
introduced for singles and doubles.

This camp is ideal for students advancing
from the beginning level classes or camps,
or for students with equivalent experience.
It will build on all of the fundamental
form and technique previously learned
taking the groundstrokes to the next
level, introducing new volleys, and doing
lots of repetitions of serves. We will
incorporate drills and learn new skills and
strategies for singles and doubles, and
will conclude each class with match play.

Summer Glee Camp

This workshop is designed for students to
improve their performance ability in show
choir. Classes will focus on techniques in
voice and acting, while learning a number
of popular Glee performance pieces.
Students will present a brief end-of-camp
performance. A $20.00 material fee is
payable to the instructor at the first class.

Workshop

students how to become a “triple threat”
- a performer who can sing, dance, and
