 Quick, easy installation. The mounting brackets

The junction box can be rotated to fit the mounting point
for even simpler installation. Mounting bolts included.

fan unit to be removed in just a few seconds without
affecting the installation as a whole. Instructions clearly
show that screws should be reinstalled on installation.

Vortice Lineo extractors can be mounted in a wide range of options - at the beginning, middle or end of the air duct and horizontally, vertically, against walls, ceilings, false ceilings or
any flat surface. One of the main features of the new Vortice Lineo range, in addition to ease of installation, is the fact that the fan unit can be removed from situ, for inspection and
maintenance, in just a few seconds. Vortice Lineo units can be fitted to standard round section pipes and to rectangular air ducts (using unique special mounting accessories). The
integrated IPX4 rated electrical junction box has an airtight cover. The product is supplied complete with a bag of accessories including anchor bolts and plugs, cable clamps and
grommets.

DESCRIPTION
The fans consist of a motor and impeller fixed to a
square fan casing (or wall-plate) by support arms and
screws. The motor and impeller may be removed easily
while leaving the wall-plate in place.
The fans have five blades pressed from a single piece
of sheet steel. Impeller, motor casing and wall plate
have a scratch and chemical resistant epoxy coating.
Dust accumulation is prevented by the smooth design
of the motor casing. The special construction of the
motor-impeller combination in the wall plate ensures a
highly stable assembly and exact centering. The motor
has an integral electrical supply cable.

the wall plate. The extremely robust construction
means that standard models can be used in harsh
environments. Epoxy coating is provided as standard.
Therangealsoincludes500mmmodel(VDBZ)witha
six-bladed impeller for increased volume and pressure
development. The unit has three motor support arms
with four fixings.

The fans are powered by a direct drive electrical motor
with maintenance-free fully enclosed ball bearings.
AllmodelsconformtoClassFinsulation(resistantto
temperaturesupto155°C)andareprotectedtoIP55.
The motors have integral thermal protection: a
‘thermal cut-out’ protects the motor on the basis of
the maximum permissible winding temperature so the
motor is protected throughout the entire control range.
The external contacts of the thermal cut-out could be
used with a special motor protection switch.

DESCRIPTION
The compact design of the motor and impeller
assembly, mounted inside the slim outer casing,
features a complete fan unit which is both shorter and
lightweight. The casing is made of rolled steel plate and
epoxy-powder coated (off-white) for full anti-corrosion
resistance. The flange dimensions and hole positions
of the drilled flanges at both ends of the casing are to
ISO6580standards.
The dynamically balanced stainless steel impellers are
resistant to outside conditions and abrasive airstream.
The impellers are factory set to the exact blade angle.
The direction of airstream is indicated on the fan unit by

The aerodynamic design casing of EMI 130 fan with its
3-dimensionally shaped polypropylene blades provide
maximum air performance ideal for poultry, piggery
and greenhouse applications. The metal casing and
the integrated, aerodynamic construction create a
strong unit and makes it more stable through the
smooth connection of the compact pulley and the
diagonal supports. The non-corrosive attachments,
aluminum pulley and the highly protected impellers
make EMI 130 withstand the aggressive climates, thus
providing consistent maximum performance for a long
period of time.

The EMI 130 Cone Fan, with shutters on the inside,

capacity. The cone is made of 4 easy to assemble
parts.

In factories, an optimal distribution of air is absolutely
necessary. The temperature in factory halls can
increase fairly quickly in the summer months. This
has direct consequences for productivity and working
conditions. Solutions for cooling the air in factory halls
are often too expensive or technically not feasible.
RecirculationBasketFansareanidealsolutioninsuch
cases. A combination of air circulation and air extraction
solves the problems described above. Constant air
distribution also ensures a pleasant work environment
and eliminates heat stress.
The Recirculation Basket Fans provide a constant
supply of cool air. In addition, the air is circulated
throughout the building, which means that blind areas
are avoided. This keeps the air supply in the building
stable.
Onthemarketitisadvisedtoinstallafanevery12-14
meters. However the number of rows and fans needed
in the building depends on the density, construction and
utilization, as well as on local climatic conditions. The
low noise level of the fan enables a calm environment.
For security reasons the 3-blade fan is provided with a
basket on both sides. The unit is very easy to install at

an optimal spread of the water mist
creates an equal climate throughout
the barn. Since the nozzles are
incorporated in the grill, air volume

The Indola Low Pressure Nozzle System Misting Fan offers the flexibility
to install 1 - 8 nozzles. In the standard execution of the misting fan, 8
nozzles are used. Due to local circumstances (humidity, temperature,
etc.), the number of nozzles can be lower.
MaIntenance
The nozzles can easily be changed
and are, if necessary, replaced in
seconds. The front grille can easily
be replaced by a new grill with incorporated nozzles. The motor and fan
can be cleaned with a high pressure system to optimize hygiene. Another
unique feature of the system is the ability to flush the water line. To be able
to clean the water tubes thoroughly and to avoid stagnant water, the tubes
are installed in an open circle.

The ISQ is provided with universal mounting feet for installation in any horizontal or vertical position. These feet are
shipped loose for field installation in the desired location.
MOTOR WEIGHT TABLE
The ISQ configuration allows air to exit from any one sides
except the motor and motor opposite side of the unit at
jobsite. Remove the side panel of the desired outlet direction,
change it to flange, and seal the original flange, all the above
can be easily finished by contractors at jobsite.

T15-2
The Mf-Net T15-2 mechanical thermostat is a
combination of two single phase mechanical
thermostats, which are separately adjustable. This
enables the determination of the zone width, between
minimum and maximum temperature. The T15-2
mechanical thermostat has two single-pole switch
contacts and is extremely suitable with alarm equipment
formonitoringthetemperature.TheT15-2mechanical
thermostat is a preferred type for use with the MUltIFan
SEAmultifunctionalstepcontroller/transformer,STW-S
semi-automatic step controller/transformer (1-phase)
andSTD-Ssemi-automaticstepcontroller/transformer
(3-phase) or for connecting directly to a fan.

position. The T15-4 mechanical multistep thermostat

controller/transformer, STW-A fully automatic step
controller/transformer (1-phase) and STD-A fully

controls of other manufacturers.

DESCRIPTION
Humidcon-s
The Mf-Net Humidcon-s can regulate the humidity in
an area by activating a spray system and ventilators.
The ‘on’ and cycle time of the valves in the spray system
can be set accurately using the programmable timer.
If no humidity sensor is connected, the ventilators
contain to run and the valves in the spray system are
activated continuously, in accordance with the preset
‘on’ and cycle time.
If a humidity sensor has been fitted, the relative
humiditycanbereadoffandset.Whenthereadingis
too low, the Humidcon-s regulates the relative humidity
by activating the spray valves in cycles, in accordance
with the preset value. If the humidity climbs above the
set value, the spray valves are disactivated and the
ventilator continues to run for one hour.

manufactured exclusively by Vortice only for Vortice. For quick installation the unit should
require only 3 screws which allow secure fixing even if wall surfaces are not even.
The Premium Dry A is to be operated by an Infrared sensing device when hands are
placedwithinrangeofthesensor-therangetobeadjustablebetween0and35cmby
adjusting the internal trimmer. The Premium Dry to be manually operated by pressing the
blackbutton.Theairdeliveryshouldbeprogrammabletooperatefrom20to60seconds.

party IMQ (BEAB recognized equivalent) verified. The product should comply with

Thanks to their solid aluminium frame and anti-graffiti paint, they are vandal-proof.
 The manual version (Metal Dry) can be started by pressing the button. The hot air flow can be
adjusted within a range of 20 to 60 seconds by means of an internal setting.
 The automatic version (Metal Dry Automatic) has an infrared device that starts the hand-dryer
automatically every time the hands of the user come within the operating range of the sensors.
 Nozzle can be turned 360°.
The Vortice Metal Dry Automatic/Manual Hand Dryer is constructed with a solid steel
frame, and die cast aluminium front cover painted in anti-graffiti paint, making it an
extremely robust unit suitable for public areas. In addition the unit has a vandal resistant
bolted lock. The unit incorporates a motor with ball bearings and thermal cut-out, and
isIPX4rated.Themanualversionisstartedbypressingthebutton,andthehotairflow
canbeadjustedwithinarangeof20to60seconds.Theautomaticunitincorporatesan
infrared sensor, which activates the unit when hands are brought to within the operating
range of the sensors.
