T
he rendez-vous of all the musics on the
Promenade des Anglais...
The concept is to offer free concerts across seven
mobile stages set up along the Promenade des Anglais
which is closed to traffic during the event.
From 9.30 pm until 11.30 pm, the stages come alive with
a wide variety of music, from the Jardin Albert 1er to the
Hotel Le Negresco.
For this fifth year, eclectism will be the key word of this
increasingly popular event; each stage will perform a
different style of music:

Brazil/Cuba

Pop/Rock
-
World Music
-
Variety
-
Once again, the Tremplin Rock will discover
promising young talents
On 14th July and 15th August,
fireworks
display over the Baie des Anges is added to the
musical programme at 10.00 pm, meanwhile
the performers are taking a break for 20 mins.
On 2nd July, another one was held, in honor of the «Tour
de France» at 10.30 pm, in front of the Villa Masséna.
Useful Information
On 29th June, the Prom’Party joined the major welcome
celebration of the Tour de France. And on 2nd July, the
Convention and Visitors Bureau organises fireworks
too.
ITS HISTORY...
For 5 years now, every summer The Prom’ Party are held on the Promenade des
Anglais These events were created as part of a promotional assignment by the
Nice Convention and Visitors Bureau on behalf of the City of Nice. Above all, this
event will be the opportunity to discover local artists. It is worth highlighting
the participation of famous international artists who have chosen to embrace
the concept of this free festival taking place in a legendary place. This musical
world tour should attract over 200,000 people during the four evenings.
