Jesse Cullen noted amendments to the draft
meeting minutes from October 30, 2015. The
new Board Directors were omitted and the
International Student Rep and Business
Operations Manager do not need to be
included under regrets.

That the Student Association at Durham
College and UOIT approve the amended
meeting minutes from October 30, 2015.

President reviewed the Executive Report with
the Board reporting the accomplishments and
activities over the past month.
Siddiq Moolla, Chad Groves and Rohen Korpal
from the Science Council presented their
request for a donation from the Student
Association for POGO Canada, a non for profit
organization that helps families of children
with cancer. To date they have raised over
$300 but will be hosting more events in the
near future and plan on presenting the funds
to POGO in early December.
Science Council Delegation left the meeting at
5:49pm.
Staff and members of Redemption Muay Thai
presented their request to have a partnership
with the Student Association. Muay Thai is
similar to kick boxing and members use Muay
Thai as self-defense and a form of fitness.
Members also participate in competitions. The
group is located in Bowmanville and offers a
reduced registration fee to students from DC
and UOIT.
Redemption Muay Thai Delegation left the
meeting at 5:59pm

2 CRO FINAL REPORT
President reported that the CRO for the ByElection submitted the final report on the ByElection and the Board members were each
provided a copy of the report.

That the Student Association at Durham
College and UOIT Board of Directors
receive the CRO Final Report for the
2015 Fall By-Election as presented.

Be it resolved that the Student
Association donate $1,000 to the
Science Council from the SA Executive
Initiative Budget Line.
Moved by Jesse Cullen; seconded by Siraj

That the motion be amended to donate
$500 to the Science Council from the
Sponsorship Fulfilment Budget Line.
Vote on amendment.
