situated on the hilltop in Arcos de la Frontera, Andalusia , Spain. I would like to

The property is currently used as a good functioning small hotel and private

About Cortijo Escondido´s Location
The property Cortijo Escondido is situated in Arcos de la Frontera, 30 minutes
from Jerez de la Frontera which is world famous for his Andalusian bred
horses. Sevilla is about an hour away. Malaga 2 h 45 minutes.
It is situated at the countryside on a hilltop next to the golfcourse Arcos
Gardens which was named among the "Top 50 Worldwide Golf Resorts" in
2007 by the Telegraph, one of London's leading newspapers.
The domain of Cortijo Esconidido is 30.000 square metres.
On the domain there are 2 buildings. The first one is an old stone house of 87
square metres that has been renovated which is currently used as a rental
house ( Casa Rural).
Further there is a newly build Cortijo of 555 square metres in total ( porches
included ) which is used as Casa Rural superior and private residence.
Cortijo Escondido can be reached by a dirt road ( entrada Venta Morilla) which
leads all the way to the property. On the steepest part of the hill there are 130
ancient olive trees planted. With another 100 young olive trees on the lowest
part.
The cortijo itself is situated on the lowest part of the domain in beautiful settings.
A saltwater pool of 12x6 metres with romain stairs and night illuminations is

About the buildings and interior
The newly build cortijo ( 2008) was designed by architect Jose Ignacio Ruiz de
Terry and build by company Gayci Sl. The buildings are build and decorated to
high standards.
The new building consists of :

6 guestrooms ensuite builded around a central patio with fountain divided
into 3 charming and 3 luxury rooms. The rooms are individually
decorated in a Andalusian theme and all have private terraces. The
luxury rooms are 27 square metres and the charming rooms are 25
square metres. Luxury rooms have separate shower and jacuzzi.
The entrance of the rooms are from the porche of the central patio.
An andalusian patio with fountain and orangetrees with views towards
the swimmingpool.
A breakfast area of 35 square metres with chimney ( gas ) .
A saltwater swimmingpool of 12x6 metres with romain stairs. At the pool
there is a poolbar , BBQ area , shower , toilet and storage that can be
used as cloaks room.

A 2 storey private residence with open plan lounge and kitchen , stairs , 2
