On behalf of Both the organisations I am glad to
both organisations' annual report before you.
Our innovative. idealogic implimentanon of prevention &
Community (Society) based approach activities for both i.e.
Leprosy affected and differently abled say persons with all
categorised disability having reached to No. of mile stones in all respects say right from their
detection / identifications to healthcare with necessary reconstructive Surgery. Polio &
cataract operations. Axis - Appliances support as per doctors prescriptions, educational
support. sell employment Trainings employment / sell employment and so on with no. of
recognition with different Awards say State. National & Inter national to Benelicienes
organisations & the president respectively as for best Sell employed, Remarkable Social
services, placement officer for highest work provided to Leprosy cured and persons with
disability.
"Sevatirth" being run jointly by both organisations give trainings for employment &
sell employment, total care of aged disabled. MR Ladies & gents for their 'better tomorrow'
and improve lito to live together with joy and cheadul which is being observed and appreciated
by visitors, Saints. Dignities and Gov/ officers.

Pujya Bhai Slues Rameshbhai Oza magurated Councelling & Training centre for
visually & Hearing Impaired; Home for Mentally challenged Brothers. Sevatirth Display Centre
and blessed Sevatalh & Inmates / Beneficieries alter seising them including visually impaired
mentally disordered but improved Leprosy cured, hearing impaired to different training &
Electric Relay Assembly and testing in collaboration with ABB mentioning as. "I am satisfied
to a very big extent seeing these out put and progress at Sevatirth."
School going children (Normal kids of Leprosy affected families & disabled kids) gave
91% result and ITI for all cruagarised disabled including Leprosy cured gave 86% results.
Mr. Uttambhai Patel Leprosy cured woring for MCI( Shoes making for Leprosy Pts.
and Mrs. Manjulaben Patel working as care taken of mentally challenged work got state &
Natrdnal Awards plus state Award respectively

Leprosy Hospital and Contras in Gujarat State for prevention of Ulcers sic. of Leprosy
patients.

Oponans Loops Sews, Toot Drop Splint were made and dispatched to Leprosy patients
for Prevention of hand deforrnities duo' Govt.'s leprosy centres.

Hospitals & Govt Leprosy Centres.
Under S.E.T protect 20 patents of deformities were Educated giving Awareness for

Treatment with P(30 Care Education.
Dutorty the year 2008-2009. 2-PB and 13 MB cases got RFT (Removed from treatment)
Medicines prescribed by Doctor worn purchased and given to leprosy patients by the
organization as per requirements alter they were referred and admitted to other hospitals

Elimination -Dashanha" Programme Celebration:-
On 3011 January Gandhi Nirvan Day being celebrated as Raktpitt Nivaran Day / Leprosy
Elimination day as usual from 30th January 2009. We celebrated as "Raktpitt Nivaran
Dashanha" programme at "SEVATIRTH" Innaguration took place and then the
awareness detection. treatment & rehabilitation programmes wore planned and executed r
in 6 districts.

Thu coloctorate. Govt. of Gujarat on the occasion of -Swarnim Gujarat Project" Baroda
[Minds all Taluka's were surveyed for total population of Disabled. Our Organilaben
jointly with revenue Dept. of District collectorate worked tor this pelmet.
The Project was started on r October 2008 day of "Gandhi Jayanti" and to be Completed
on a• October 2009 (Day of Gandhi Jayanti).
During this programme all types of disabled al village level were registered through held
