A MESSAGE FROM THE BROWN BROTHERS
Our first BBR catalog was printed in 1996. It was a total of 8 pages, and showed about 20 different products we offered.
Even though we did not have a big selection back then, each one of our components was unique and hand-crafted with great attention to detail. Billet machined
parts were carved out of blocks of aluminum on our first CNC milling machines, and we made a small number of fabricated components like aluminum subframes,
swingarms, and exhaust systems. Thankfully, the motocross industry took notice of what we were doing, and the phones started ringing. Early on, our mission
was simple: 1.) Build innovative 4-stroke off-road products, 2.) Focus on the “fun-factor”, and 3.) Take great care of our customers
Today, we offer over 1,200 different items, and sell to customers in over 30 countries. Our new 25,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is capable of building
almost anything we dream up, from the smallest components to our complete custom BBR Perimeter Framed race bikes.

BBR introduces the next generation in D-Section exhaust systems, the D2. This all new design
incorporates an air-craft quality stainless steel header and mid-pipe that has been tuned specifically
to optimize performance and power gains. An all new, lightweight “D” profile muffler is used to
dramatically reduce weight on all models. BBR’s unique “D” muffler also allows for maximum tire
clearance and packing volume. For all applications, the new BBR D2, come as complete systems
including header and muffler. A USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester is included. If you need
to reduce the dB level BBR offers an optional Quiet Insert that will keep the neighbors happy.

The MidSize Pro uses KLX110 Perimeter Frame geometry,
forks, wheels, seat and plastic. What distingushes this
frame from the BBR 110 Perimeter Frame is that it utilizes a
CRF50 based motor. You can have a mid-size chassis with a
high-horsepower CRF50-based power plant. With today’s
advanced technology in CRF50 engines, you can achieve
a superior power-to-weight ratio with the MidSize ProTM
from BBR Motorsports. This frame can be converted to fit a
KLX 110 motor by simply changing a couple components.

clutch with reduced weight on the end of the crank, creating a more
responsive fast revving motor. Extremely durable heavy duty clutch
designed to withstand the torque of high horsepower motors. The gear
ratios are race oriented and engineered for higher horsepower and
faster speeds. BBR recommends 3-speed transmissions for 10” wheel

Made from 6061-T6 Aluminum , this heat-treated, handbuilt perimeter frame kit is lighter and stronger than the
stock frame. This frame kit is precision-crafted by BBR’s
top fabricators and once again raises the bar for quality
and performance. The computer-designed frame provides
increased lateral stiffness which translates into more precise
tracking and improved cornering. High-strength aluminum
radiators have been designed to lower the center of gravity
creating better balance and maneuverability.
This kit works with OEM, BBR and many other after-market

KLX 110. The kit boosts horsepower and throttle response by creating
an air chamber between the filter and the carb. The U-Flow Air Filter kit

Kitaco engineers designed a brand new SOHC 4-valve head that produces exceptional horsepower and is available in two
displacement packages. A 160cc version and a very potent 143cc version. Key features of this new head design include:
centered spark plug location for superior combustion efficiency, Pent Roof combustion chamber design and the use of
Y-style slipper type rocker arms. This rocker arm design is lighter weight then typical screw type and runs with less friction.
A forged, 60mm piston with MO S2 coating is matched to an aluminum cylinder with a plated aluminum sleeve. A 56mm
stroker crankshaft is then used to create a displacement of 160cc while the stock crankshaft is retained for the 143cc. The
160cc version is the same engine kit used by the BBR Race Team to dominate the MM12E class. Unbelievable Performance!
