IT WAS 27 YEARS AGO WHEN WE BUILT OUR FIRST CUSTOM 4-STROKE MOTOCROSS BIKE IN A JUNIOR HIGH SHOP CLASS. IT WAS
BRIGHT RED AND HAD A HAND-FABRICATED FRAME, CUSTOM LINKAGE-STYLE SINGLE SHOCK AND SWINGARM, DUAL LEADING BRAKES,
AND A MODIFIED XR75 ENGINE. WE WERE JUST KIDS THEN, BUT WE WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE EVERY COMPONENT ON THAT BIKE

BBR CRF150R Aluminum Perimeter Frame KitTM
Made from 6061 Aluminum, this heat-treated, hand-built Perimeter Frame KitTM is
lighter and stronger than the stock frame. This frame kit is precision-crafted by
BBR’s top fabricators and once again raises the bar for quality and performance.
The computer-designed frame provides increased lateral stiffness which translates
into more precise tracking and improved cornering. High-strength aluminum
radiators have been designed to lower the center of gravity creating better balance
and maneuverability.

Shipping
A street address is required for all shipments
(UPS/Fed-Ex cannot ship to a PO Box).
Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3
Day Select services available. Other shipping
methods are available upon request. Custom
bikes and shipments to be delivered outside the
continental US require extra attention. Please

Dealers
BBR sells dealer-direct to fine motorsports dealers
everywhere. Dealer inquiries invited. Dealer may
pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
COD. COD payments must be made via company
check. A $35 fee will be charged on all returned
checks. BBR products are also available through
major motorsports distributors.
Returns
BBR will gladly accept returned product providing
the item was purchased directly from BBR and
returned within 30 days from the date of the
original invoice. Customers must obtain a returnauthorization number (RA#) by calling BBR at
253-631-8233 prior to return shipping. All items
must be returned in the original package and
in new condition. A restocking fee of 20% will
apply. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
No returns will be accepted on custom or special
products (frame kits, custom bikes, custom parts,
engine work, etc.)
