SUBJECT: Company's short technical description
A. HISTORY
In the 50th years immediately after World War II, a person named Giuseppe Bucaria
begins to do enterprise , quickly establishing itself in the field of road construction and earth
moving.
In the after decade, with the advent of the economic boom, the company has been able to establish
itself in the sector of public works, becoming in Sicily, for seriousness, honesty, rectitude and
for the quality of work , a name which by now becomes a precise and unequivocal guarantee.
At the first company then joins her son Matteo with the first company named "Bucaria Srl",
then the second company "AGB Construction Srl. "and the third largest" Ediltecna Srl. " which
until today compose the " Bucaria GROUP “. “Bucaria Group” companies during the period of
their activities have contributed to the Italian economic development, creating a variety of
important public and private works, in various fields, roads, plumbing, sewage, sea, earth
movements, urban planning, consolidations, renovations, construction and restoration of civil and
industrial buildings, great works of environmental engineering and civil protection.
Today, with the need to be more competitive in the market in front of largest national groups and
abroad, it's begun the reunion process of the Bucaria Group that led to the birth of the new
company "COGEMAT SRL".
B. PREMISE
COGEMAT Srl, having incorporated all companies of Bucaria Group, has acquired not only
the means, the equipment, technologies, business volume, quality certifications and SOA, but also
the work orders still running, including all the workers and technical staff with many years of
proven experience, as well as all technical managers, consultants and administrative leaders in the
industry recognized and respected for their competence.
Thanks to current potential, the COGEMAT SRL has the objective to maintain his leadership in
the national territory and finally open itself up to foreign markets.
C. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY ACTIVITIES
The company mainly engaged in construction of civil works in relation to:
